Dio Avita, which means "divine dwelling. The aroma is somewhere between lychee and muscat. It is characterized by a crisp acidity, which gives way to a slight astringency and a sharp finish. At 13% alcohol by volume, it has a strong presence.
The sake rice is Hashu Homare, a rice produced by the Takagi Brewery of Jyushiyo. The aroma of melon and sweetness spread clearly on the palate, but the aftertaste is clean and crisp.
It was slightly carbonated, perhaps because it had been too long since it was uncorked. However, I could detect a fruity aroma like muscat or lychee, and a full-bodied sweetness.
