Aroma of subdued fruit, like ripe melon. In the mouth, it was slightly carbonated, and the mild sweetness was noticeable. Chilled well, it can be enjoyed on its own.
The nose is distinctly pineapple. The palate is sparkling and gorgeously sweet, with an acidity reminiscent of strawberries. The slight astringency in the latter half of the bottle sets the contours. A truly beautiful sake.
