I've been putting it to bed for a while. I haven't gone out to buy liquor recently... So I released the stock (^^) I think it's too good to waste, it's been laying there for a year. Conclusion, drink Nama sake within 6 months. It is starting to smell like caramel, an aging aroma I dislike. I stopped by this store at the request of the wife during my visit to Shirow WORLD last week. I recommend the black sesame wasanbon.

On the weekend, the family went early in the morning to Tokyo🗼... The wife and daughter went to the old Toshimaen Garden to see Harry Potter. I went to the Setagaya Museum of Literature to see the Shirow Masamune exhibition, which is open until August. We have different tastes... We enjoyed our time there, though we were separated. We arrived home before 23:00 After I came home, I opened a bottle of Tenmei after a hard day's work. Sweet and delicious! Tenmei from the sourness of 🦢. The taste is outstanding!

Second time 🦢. This is the weirdest drink I've ever had. The specs are awesome! Sake degree -12 Acidity 4.1 The technique of Yamahai and white malted rice! And it is made with no77 yeast. The acidity of this 🦢san is a bit mild. But the sweetness is not so strong. It lacks umami and is too crisp.

To refresh my palate, I opened a bottle of KAWABU, which has been on my mind recently! It's so tight and sweet, and then it's astringent! This is the one. We have drunk 57 Mie sake, and almost all of them are Jikin. Naturally, "Jikin" is No. 1 in the Mie ranking, Saku" in second place No. 3 "Tamitsu Hanzo" in 7th place I have had "Jikin" and "Hanzo", which is my personal favorite. But KAWABU is not in the ranking... I can't believe it didn't even make the top 20... Why? Is the level high in Mie? I'll have to try some of the top-ranked sake... Tsumami is Aomori's breath found on a business trip to Aomori If you eat with your family, there is nothing to be afraid of!

I went to Sendai for Masayuki Suzuki's concert. After the concert, I had a drink with my wife at an izakaya. It had been many years since we had a drink alone together. Well, it was my first time to go to Wataya. I was curious about it, but I didn't feel like buying it and drinking it... There was a two-drink comparison, so we ordered it. It was very alcoholic and I didn't like it much. The audience at the first Martin's concert was a bit of a badass crowd. They were all in their 60's or older... They were so energetic, they were on their feet from the very first song. 2 hours and a half including encores. He calls himself the king of love songs.
