Otters Junmai Junmai Daiginjo Nigori Sparkling 45 The moment I opened it, a very gorgeous aroma spread out in a flurry. However, it had been more than 3 months since I bought it, so I felt the taste had changed. I regretted it. The secondary fermentation in the bottle was excessive, leaving a bitter taste of alcohol in the mouth. Without this, it would have tasted fruity and light. It overflowed about 1/4 of the bottle as soon as I opened it, and it's best to drink it as soon as you buy it. Really.

Nishinomon Junmai Ginjo The aroma is very mild. It has an alcoholic smell. The mouthfeel is sweet and a little heavy. However, it is easy to drink for a sweet sake. It has no sharpness and is suitable for leisurely drinking. There is not much aftertaste, and the image is of drinking it in a calm and leisurely manner. It has a heavy mouthfeel for a junmai ginjo, so it may be suitable for different people. Hakkaisan Kijoshu 2022 The color is thick and slightly yellowish. The aroma is mild, but has a soft scent of fermented rice. It smells a little like alcohol, or perhaps distilled spirits, with a tangy yet sweet aroma. The taste is surprisingly sweet! Delicious! A thick mouthfeel passes smoothly down the tongue and throat, slowly conveying the concentrated sweetness of the rice. There is no fruitiness. The original sweetness of the rice comes through strongly. The alcohol taste that you feel from the aroma is not there, and you can drink it easily despite its high alcohol content. It was great to drink on its own or to eat with vanilla ice cream. This was my first time drinking kijoshu, and I had no idea it could be so tasty.

Otters Junmai Junmai Daiginjo, Polishing 30% to 99%. The aroma of this sake is very much like a Junmai Daiginjo, and it passes right through your nose. Fruity and sweet, it has such outstanding destructive power that the aroma alone tells you that this sake is delicious. When you drink it, a sweet taste that does not betray the aroma spreads over your tongue. There is almost no alcohol-like tartness. I thought it would taste more watery due to the rice polishing ratio, but it was not at all, and I thought it would go well with dishes with a fairly strong flavor. Although it has such a sweet aroma that passes through the nose, it finishes light and has no aftertaste at all. I think it is also suitable as a food wine.

It was a bit hard to drink straight or on the rocks. I drink a lot of sake, and I like it, but I think this is for people who like very thick sake.
