Yamaboshi Junmai Bakurai Dry Nama-shu Nama-shu The aroma is not that strong, just a faint scent. It has a strong alcohol taste that makes your tongue tingle the moment you put it in your mouth. It is refreshing and easy to drink for a sake with 70% polished rice. Enjoy it with oden. It is perfect.

Nishinomon Arabashiri unfiltered unpasteurized sake The aroma is subdued, but once you take a sip, the sweetness spreads out and it is really delicious. I was surprised. It is sweet like juice but has a clean aftertaste, so I think it is very good as a food sake. It is the best. It's so delicious.

Ishizuchi Junmai Ginjo Green Label Despite the gorgeous sweet aroma, the crisp taste is very delicious. It goes down the throat refreshingly, yet the numbing alcohol sensation touches the tongue and makes it a pleasure to drink. I think it goes well with anything, but I think it goes well with strong flavored entrées.

Houyou Junmai Hatsushibori The aroma is really gorgeous. And the fruity flavor that doesn't betray its blaring nose is really delicious. The flavor is so robust that you could drink this on its own. It has a fruity sweetness, but the lingering alcohol taste is very good, as if it were only possible to drink it with sake. I had it with pickles. It goes with everything, but something as light as this is the best way to enjoy sake.

Yizuisuisin Junmai Ginjo The aroma is small. The sweetness spreads slowly in the mouth. The aftertaste is very refreshing, so it is suitable for a mid-meal drink. We had it with oden. Since the oden had a gentle flavor, it was interesting to see how the soft taste of the sake stood out and became sharp.

caltrop (spiked device scattered to maim infantry and horses) The extremely mellow aroma and taste fills the mouth. The punchy tangy taste is very tasty and addictive. I want to drink it with a very strong-flavored food.

The moderate acidity soaks into the tongue. It does not have much sharpness, but the soft acidity eliminates the sake smell, making it very tasty. As the back of the bottle says, it was made as a food sake, so it really goes well with anything. I had it with strips of yam. It is very tasty and above all, the bottle is cute.

Saku new sake 2023 brewing year It is extremely refreshing, and like water, it goes down your throat without disturbing anything. The aftertaste is light with a hint of sourness. It is surprisingly delicious. I would like to enjoy it with something light like pickles with the first drink.

channel It has been a long time since I have had this sake, but it is indescribably delicious with the sweetness of rice coming after the easy-drinking sweetness. Thanks to this sake, my dislike of sake has been dispelled, and I am grateful that I am now able to enjoy many delicious sake. I think there are many people like me who can learn to drink sake with sparkling sake like Mio. The alcohol content is surprisingly low when you think about sake, so it is really a very good sake as an entry point. I like to drink it with carpaccio and light appetizers.

Awaji Original Sake This is what we call "Genshu"! It has a great alcohol taste with a lot of gusto. It is more than sweetness and flavor, it is a strong statement that it is sake. The sensation of slight heat from the throat to the esophagus to the stomach is exactly like drinking sake. It is so strong that it cannot be countered by sashimi, tofu, or other such gentle accompaniments. I would like to drink it heated with oden or simmered dishes.

Jikin Special Junmai Nama The aroma is mild, but the sweetness of the rice spreads quickly in the mouth. It is easy to drink and is suitable as a food sake, which explains why it is often found in bars.

Sawanotsuru Nada no Nama Ippon Junmai Sake The aroma is high, and when you take a sip, the fruity sweetness that surpasses the aroma spreads quickly on the palate. Although it is a junmai sake, it has a lightness similar to that of a daiginjo, but at the same time it is very easy to drink with a robust umami flavor. Strangely enough, after two or three sips, it tastes more like a robust junmai sake than the first impression. I wonder if it is a matter of the temperature. I would recommend it to those who are drinking junmai sake for the first time! I recommend this sake to those who want to drink junmai sake for the first time. I served it with crab miso today. The smell of crab miso goes well with sake.

Harushika Junmai Sake Umakuchi four-stage brewing It has a much lighter and gentler flavor than one might expect from a junmai sake. There is no unpleasant alcohol smell, and yet it is not overly refined, and has a nice, clean taste that makes it a very good mid-meal sake. It is a good sake for people who are not used to drinking junmai sake, as it will change their image of junmai sake. I wonder why it is so light even though the rice polishing ratio is 70. It is extremely delicious.

Shonosato Kita Series Junmai Namaisake Much smoother and tastier on the palate than I had imagined from the label. It is a strange sake that passes smoothly on the tongue, and one can only taste the umami without stimulating any part of the palate. I feel that because the sake tastes so good, it would be better with a side dish that doesn't interfere too much with the taste, but I also feel that this sake is the kind of sake that accepts strong, dark flavors.

Nishinomon Junmai Daiginjo Hitogokochi Unfiltered Namaisatsurai It has a sweet aroma like a fruit wine. While there is a sweetness that does not betray the aroma, the original zing of the sake is enjoyable to the nose. When cold, it has a strong fruit-like sweetness, and as it approaches room temperature, it seems to become a sweet rice flavor. I would like to drink it with nuts, cheese, carpaccio, or something along those lines.

drunken whale junmai ginjo Ginrei Nama Shu The aroma is gorgeous and amazing. Despite the gorgeous aroma, the first sip has a punchy alcohol taste that is very good with a gap. It is fruity but has a nice alcoholic smell, giving the image of a sake where you can enjoy the aroma in your mouth. It goes well with sashimi, but it would also be delicious with oden and other savory dishes.

Hakurakusei Junmai Ginjo Namaishu When it was poured, it was cloudy! It's cloudy! I was surprised. The aroma is a little weak. The aroma is a little weak, but the sweetness that spreads in the mouth is very good. It is easy to drink while still having a sake smell, and the sweetness that is inherent in sake is very strong. I think it goes very well with sashimi, tofu, and other mild-flavored food. This time, I served it with grilled ginkgo nuts.

Shinkame Junmai Sake Strong aroma. This is what sake is all about. It has a strong aroma, and the mellowness and richness do not betray the aroma. It has a strong peculiarity, so it may not be for everyone, but I think it would go very well with stewed dishes or meaty food. If you drink a little bit of it, the sake will slowly circulate through your body, making you feel light-headed and intoxicated.

Imanishi Junmai Ginjo Asahi Unfiltered Nama-zake It has a very gentle and delicious taste. The first sip is fruity and easy to drink, but as you get used to drinking it, you will slowly taste the rice flavor. I think it goes well with anything, but the nameko mushrooms I ordered with it went very well with it.

Tosa no Okyaku Unfiltered Junmai-shu Pair it with oden (Japanese stew). It is lighter than one would expect from the rice polishing ratio, and although it has a slight acidity, it is gentle on the palate. However, after swallowing, there was a strong sensation of warmth from the alcohol spreading into the esophagus. I thought it would go well with oden, but I was right. It is very tasty.
