Otters Junmai Junmai Daiginjo Nigori Sparkling 45 The moment I opened it, a very gorgeous aroma spread out in a flurry. However, it had been more than 3 months since I bought it, so I felt the taste had changed. I regretted it. The secondary fermentation in the bottle was excessive, leaving a bitter taste of alcohol in the mouth. Without this, it would have tasted fruity and light. It overflowed about 1/4 of the bottle as soon as I opened it, and it's best to drink it as soon as you buy it. Really.

Nishinomon Junmai Ginjo The aroma is very mild. It has an alcoholic smell. The mouthfeel is sweet and a little heavy. However, it is easy to drink for a sweet sake.
