It's been a while since I've had a drink with three colleagues who can talk about alcoholโœจ. We started off with this one. Pineapple? Green apple? It smells like pineapple or green apple, and matches the label perfectly! It has a sweetness, but it passes quickly and refreshingly. A good start!

It's my first collaboration product! And since it's a collaboration with an anime I know, I'm even happier. I took a bite while still excited. To be honest, there was nothing outstanding about the taste, but it wasn't disappointing either, so I was relieved ๐Ÿ˜Œ. I enjoyed it deliciously.

Jikin from Sentori. A little meek, isn't it? But I guess popular brands are delicious! I have often had this one after the alcohol has gone down, so I was happy to be able to taste it properly this time. The aroma is fruity, but as usual, I can't find which fruit it is. It is soft on the palate and gradually permeates elegantly. The pairing with the yuba leaves was a perfect fit.

It's Sentori, which I'm still unable to taste due to the fact that I always drink it after I'm drunk! Today I started with this one from the first glass. The alcohol content is 14 degrees so it is easy to drink ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. It is gorgeous and light on the palate, but has the presence of sake in the aftertaste. It had a gentle taste with the mellowness of the rice.

It is a little thick, but the mouthfeel is not cloying. As indicated on the label on the back of the bottle, it has a more acidic taste from the white malted rice than usual, so it is not heavy and feels crisp. It can be served in any combination without being dictated by the type of food!

The second glass was a little more fruity. Since the alcohol content is 13ยฐC, this one could have been the first glass. It is slightly tingling in the mouth. Not fancy, but a little fruity, light, easy to drink!

Good evening, newbie๐Ÿ”ฐ! I'm a newbie ๐Ÿ˜„. I also had my first Kamo Kanehide the other day and it was so delicious that I'm now a candidate to drink it at home ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹.

Hi MAJ! I drank two different kinds and both of them seemed to be crisp without being flashy. I see from your post that you have chosen Kamo Kanehide's Omachi, Junmai Ginjo as your candidate for drinking at home!

I left off taking pictures, so I'll just upload the ones I remember properly๐Ÿ˜…. It has a fruity mouthfeel, melon if you ask me.... I'm still not sure about the type of fruit ๐Ÿ’ฆ. However, anything ever green apple? I'm very impressed with it's rounded sweetness and sharpness, rather than the "I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be! Despite the sharpness, the fruit lingers for a while, reminding me of a mature beauty.

It's my first Huayangbao! Oh my goodness, it's so good here too! I'm still a beginner, so I know how fruity it is, but I can't find the key fruit. It leaves a decent aftertaste after the fruity taste. I'm now in a state of lingering happiness.

I finally got it! This is Kaze no Mori, recommended by a colleague. It tastes fruity and non-aggressive. I am not sure what unfiltered and unpasteurized means, so I will have to look it up. It's frustrating that I can't seem to remember the relevant words, so I'm thinking of studying them while I enjoy myself ๐Ÿ“–. I have a feeling that I will become more and more addicted to the swamp of sake.

We had it at a house we were invited to. This sake has a stately appearance without a label. I thought it tasted like something for the experts! I think you have to have a very well-honed palate to be able to accurately describe it. Therefore, I felt it was a high level sake for me๐Ÿ’ฆ. Seems like it would be better at room temperature than cold sake!

I purchased one of these drinks the other day, even though my memory is a little fuzzy. One sip and the green apple appears and is soon gone. You will be surprised at how pampered and immediately crisp it is. Paired with herb seasoned sautรฉed pork thighs, it couldn't be beat! I'd like to take care of the pairing as well.

I remember that this was one of the most delicious sakes I had on the same day. However, I still don't remember the important details. Too bad. It was several times better than the first sip of cold sake, as it became mellower and more rounded after the temperature had risen a little. If I ever see this one again, I will definitely buy it! (It is the most frustrating sake that I can't remember.)

MAJ
Hello, newbie๐Ÿ”ฐ! ๐Ÿ˜„ I'm a bit of a sake drinker, so I tend to analyze the taste of the sake, but if it tastes good and you enjoy drinking it, it's OK ๐Ÿ‘ŒI had 10 glasses at an offline meeting and I reviewed it based on my hazy memory. ๐Ÿคฃ

MAJ. Good evening! The interesting thing about sake is that it can be compared! So I end up comparing one drink after another, and as a result, I don't really know what I'm doing. I am sorry for that. Maybe there are some sake lovers out there ๐Ÿ˜‚.

This is the last sake we drank. Like "Saku", this sake is also very gorgeous! Light and sweet, it was very tasty cold. It was not something I had specifically checked out, but I am very happy to have found a taste I like in succession. I know there must be a more appropriate word, but as I drink more and more varieties, I find myself getting frustrated because I don't have enough words to describe the taste. I need to improve my vocabulary.

A small group went to a restaurant. This sake was in my top 5 sake list to try, and I was elated when I saw the menu. It's such a gorgeous flavor, unlike the image on the label! It is also fruity and slurps well without any entrรฉe. My top five favorite drinks are going well with no disappointments.
