Karura. It is said to be a big golden bird from Buddhist books that breathes fire from its mouth, takes a dragon and eats it. I have loved games since I was a child, so I love imaginary creatures like this. It's fruity but not sweet, and tastes as fresh and popping as a lychee! No one will hate me for this ๐Ÿ˜‚. Oh, I hope those who have just woken up to sake will drink it and be easily dragged into the swamp lol!

You want to drink nigori sake sometimes, don't you? It has this sludgey feeling that leaves a mark on the glass, nigorigo at first, and then a slight, gentle sweetness. The speed with which it descends slowly down your throat will make you slowly intoxicated as well. My original love of amazake has grown, and I am grateful for nigorizake that I can enjoy even as an adult ๐Ÿ˜Œ I recommend drinking it cold!

I was given a special sneak peek, rain frog! It's light and elegant like a champagne that never reaches the level of sake, but just keeps going deeper and deeper! What a wonderful taste, and a sake that is impossible to dislike! I'm glad I didn't come across it in the beginning, as it easily pulled me into the sake swamp. I was hooked on it, and after 6 months of drinking and comparing, here comes the Ameeru Frog. I feel like I'm destined to have a little bit of destiny on my own. Thank you very much.

A friend of mine asked for it as a birthday gift. w Kamikawa Taisetsu. This one seems to be a limited edition. I've had the junmai ginjo before and enjoyed it, so I'm looking forward to the limited edition! It's dry but not extremely spicy, and I definitely prefer it cold! Delicious! Maybe I'm being patronizing, but I love the design of Kamikawa Taisetsu! The red color is cool ^^!

This is a summer sake. The first sip has a muscat-like flavor and a hint of sweetness, and the finish is a bit dry, but refreshing and delicious! Personally, it reminded me more of the first star visible in the blue-black night sky after the sunset has settled than the midnight shooting stars๐ŸŒ  ๐Ÿ˜„.

I couldn't leave a proper impression of the 14yo because I always drink it in the second half of the bottle. When I put it in my mouth, it was a little chili on my tongue and a little spicy. After the spiciness, the fruity taste spreads and the smoothness of the throat is as gentle as a soft woman's ๐Ÿ˜ŠThe stable taste makes me want to bow deeply. I think it is a sake that can be liked by a wide range of people! If I received it as a gift, I would cry because it is too nice. It was a delicious sake with a great balance and you will never get tired of drinking it ๐Ÿ˜‚.

I often see Hyakko on social media. I didn't expect to be able to drink it๐Ÿ’ฆ. It is dry with umami and has a variety of flavors. It's a wonderful sake that can be drunk on its own rather than with a meal โœจ. Does it depend on your physical condition? I think I'm starting to prefer sakes with a variety of flavors like this more than I used to ๐Ÿ˜„. This makes me wonder, finally, how I would feel if I drank it without asking how much it costs! I would like to try it sometime.

Hello newbie๐Ÿ”ฐโ˜€๏ธ Hyakko well I saw it on insta ads on its own but I don't have the courage to buy it and drink it ๐Ÿคฃ. It's expensive ๐Ÿคฃ.

Otters! I still get excited whenever I see it. It has a muscat-like mouthfeel and a fruity throat. (I can only get so far...). Good sake has a wonderful sharpness. I'm always amazed at how easily it disappears. Delicious ๐Ÿ˜‚.

I forgot to upload the one I purchased for home use๐Ÿ’ฆ. I bought it because I enjoyed it when I drank the other kind at the store. It has a gorgeous aroma and a pineapple-like flavor on the palate. It has a little bit of a lingering aftertaste, and then the sharpness comes quickly. It's consistently good in different varieties, so you know you can trust me on this one! Delicious ๐Ÿ˜ƒโœจ

This is the first ๐Ÿ”ฐ Nabeshima that I can properly remember. The aroma is sweet and fruity with a brown sugar-like depth. As the temperature rises, it rounds out and tastes even better! It has a weighty character and is a bit different from the flirtatious sake ๐ŸŽถ.

The lightness continues, but the third glass of Ni-Rabbit is so much darker! I am really happy because I have always wanted to try this sake. It is as I have always wanted to try this sake, so I am very happy to hear that. It goes well with salt full of minerals and with citrus fruits. It is not too assertive when paired with citrus fruits, but gently cozies up to them โœจ. It's rich, yet flexible, and that's what I really like about it!

This is my first time here too ๐Ÿ”ฐ. Toyo Bijinโœจ I've always wanted to try it! The rich aroma of green apples is gorgeous, and it covers your mouth and nose with a whiff. It flows smoothly on the tongue and is gentle on the throat. As the name suggests, this is a feminine sake! It was the kind of sake that is glamorous and pampers those who encounter it with its tongue-tied sweetness, and its humaneness is so attractive that it will always enchant you. It was delicious ๐Ÿ˜‚.

I've never heard of this sake before, but... It is delicious! Unlike the atmosphere of the name, it has a clear feeling, and although it passes smoothly, it is sweet and tastes like a sports drink...? I can drink it without any sticking point, so it was a good decision to accept the recommendation of the waiter ๐Ÿ˜‚.

I drank several other kinds, but I had a shocking encounter. I always wanted to try it, Koei Chrysanthemum. I am surprised with wow โ• for the first time lactobacilli type. Even if it is cold or the temperature rises a little, the lactobacilli which I have liked since I was a child are always there and it is really delicious! That's why it is so popular - I really understand. It ranks in my personal top 3 all at once โœจI'd drink this again in a heartbeat! It's a great piece of work, even when you're drunk, it's still memorable.

Third. It's called Summer Spicy, so let's get right to enjoying early summer! This is my sake debut๐Ÿ”ฐ this year, so this is my first summer sake. It's like a white wine, with a bit of a lingering aftertaste and a bit of astringency on the tongue. It makes me feel like I'm drinking more Western sake than Japanese sake, and it's good as a food sake! There is a gap between the astringency of the label and this is why sake makes me nervous at first sip - this nervousness makes me even happier ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿถ.

Here is the second bottle. The first sip of the first sake makes me a little nervous. The aroma is subdued. Unlike the first bottle, Meikyojosui, the lingering sweetness lingers in the mouth for a while. Sake with a nice sharpness is also desirable, but sake with a lingering aftertaste gives you more time to enjoy it, making you feel like you're getting something out of it๐Ÿ˜ƒWith the sake conversation, I continue to be happy.
