Finally got a chance to drink some Sentori! I am so happy when I come across a sake with a name I know. It has a slight sweetness and feels like a micro-boost. A little more than usual in the mouth, gobble it down, and it's bananas! I was a little disappointed that the person I drank it with was not the type to share his/her opinion with others. Personally, I like to share time with people I can talk crap about sake with ๐Ÿถ.

This is one I've always wanted to try! The aroma is fruity, almost like the image of apples. In the mouth, it is not too light and has a good presence. It was delicious when paired with light dishes such as grilled chicken. Since I started drinking sake, it has become more fun than ever to think about what to have with my drinks. Next time, I'll try other kinds of Akatake. Happiness~^^

It is a famous sake, so I bought it to try. It doesn't have much of a scent, I guess. The moment I put it in my mouth, I felt "water! The moment I put it in my mouth, I felt it was water, and when it went down my throat, I felt alcohol. It's easy to drink, but personally, I'd like to see a little bit more of a habit!

Right off the bat, a fruity scent! I've often heard that Ottersai is sticky, but what a sake! It's so good, it takes my mind off of it all at once! If I drank it by itself, I might not be so impressed. Maybe it was a good idea to compare them. It was a wonderful sake that was light and comfortable to drink, yet elegant and well-balanced. I would like to drink it again sometime.

The third one is another famous Nabeshima. I'm an amateur, so I'm not sure if it's accurate. sake. It has the spiciness and heaviness that you would expect from a sake. It is a sake that stays in your mouth without being overpowering at all. It seems to go well with carefully prepared dishes such as grilled fish and simmered dishes.

A group of sake lovers got together and drank what each other brought. Sake is amazing! The first bottle was the Shinsei series, which I've always wanted to try. I had to order a cup of sake because they didn't have too many varieties in the store. I made a heated cup in the microwave to serve with the stewed pork. This time the warmed sake was delicious! It's not too sweet, not too spicy, and goes well with darker dishes. I'll be looking for more cups of sake in the future, as it's really the perfect amount to try.

The fourth cup. It felt refreshingly dry, perhaps because it was after a super dry taste. It's not too heavy, and it's delicious, with a light scent that lingers in the nose! I think it was the perfect ending to the meal, as it had no aftertaste. It was my favorite among the ones I had this time.

The third cup. This one was also served cold, but without any sweetness! It was quite refreshing and dry. The third glass of dry sake has a different atmosphere, which is nice! Even though I was a bit tipsy, the change in taste made me want to drink more. It went very well with the stewed sweet root vegetables. Although I am an amateur, I would recommend it for a solid dry taste.

The first glass was recommended as an aperitif. I'm not used to drinking sake bubbles, but compared to sparkling wine, it's a refreshing drink with a sweetness. The alcohol content is 9%, so it's easy to drink. The design of the bottle looked like wine, so I was a bit confused, but I thought it would be a good idea to ask the store staff for their recommendation.

I saw information in a manga that you can heat up One-Cup in the microwave, so I really wanted to try heating it up. There were only a limited number of One-Cups in the supermarket, but it was the only one with a package that looked good, so I decided on it right away. This heated sake is delicious! Not sweet or spicy, but mellow, hmm? It goes perfectly with the bonito saketou! Can't stop going bonito, sake, bonito, sake! For a beginner, I think this choice is a success ๐Ÿ˜†. I should have tried a sip of it at room temperature first.
