Loman was featured in the Sake Lab and I've always wanted to drink it someday. It was delicious. It was hard for me to taste it clearly because of my hay fever💦.
Drink immediately after opening the bottle. Slightly effervescent and lightly cloudy with a sour taste, with a hint of lemon and other citrus fruits 🍋.
The initial fullness is quite light and watery with a slight feeling of piquancy. It is light and light-bodied, but has a solid 13 degrees of alcohol. It would go well with refreshing dishes such as squid or sashimi.
This was my first Nirvana Kame, and also the 10th anniversary bottle. I did not know that it was a kijoshu, but it is a lighter kijoshu than Yonotori. It is an easy-drinking sake with a subtle acidity that does not make you feel like a kijoshu, and it is a luxurious dish with a mouthful of umami flavor.
Shinshu Kamerei, which I had longed for. It is very tasty and has a high degree of perfection and a careful, clean taste. It has a fruity, aromatic, sake-like, and euphoric feeling in the mouth, and is an advanced product that is easy to drink. I want to drink it again!
This is the first time I've had it. It has a rich, full-bodied, wine-like depth and flavor, and since it seems to be a mix of yeast No. 1 to No. 6, it has a unique and delicious flavor with a hint of rice and fruit.
