This is a standard sake of Mimuro Sugi, which I have always been interested in. It is well-balanced and has a graceful taste. Gorgeous, fruity, juicy, fresh, suitable for regular drinkers who want a steady cup, moderately sweet.

I had plans to go to Sogo in Hong Kong, so I went to the sake department.　The basic sake such as Jyushidai, Nikkaku, Ottersai, Kuroryu, Tasake, etc. is about 4 times as much as in Japan, and 10 times as much if it is a premier sake.

The carbonation is rich and makes you belch, it's like a pear wine, the carbonation is not sparse, it's numerous, from one to the other. The bubbles are large and coarse, the taste is world-class. 8% alcohol by volume.

I found a 1-gallon aluminum can type and bought it immediately. I quenched it and drank it in 10 minutes. The taste is silky and rich with little sake flavor.
