Red Tenbi, freshly stocked today and ready to drink right after opening the bottle. When poured, it was alive with a slight effervescence and bubbles on the surface. The aroma is also mellow and white peachy, with a freshness that fills the mouth.

Because it is yellow, I thought it would taste banana-y, but it reminds me of white peaches and is rich and deep, perfect with cheese and white sashimi. It can be drunk on its own. I want to drink the whole Takachiyo series 🍶.

Tasake no Yamahai, which I drank last year at an izakaya. It was delicious and cost about 1800 yen at the liquor store. Unlike before, there was no fizziness, but the taste was stable and well-balanced. Umami, smooth, gorgeous flavor.

I had plans to go to Sogo in Hong Kong, so I went to the sake department.　The basic sake such as Jyushidai, Nikkaku, Ottersai, Kuroryu, Tasake, etc. is about 4 times as much as in Japan, and 10 times as much if it is a premier sake.
