This is my first sake from Yamanashi. I bought Shichiken, which is often seen at Sake-no-wa. The aroma is muscat-like and gorgeous. The taste is quite sweet but refreshing, with only a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste. As the description says, it goes well with food ✨.

I have had NEWBORN before, but this is my first time with regular. The aroma is melon-like and I like it a lot! The taste is not too sweet, and the bitterness and alcohol taste is quite strong, and I personally found it a little bitter...? I personally found it a little bitter...? However, when I drank it after leaving it for 3 days, the corners were removed and the sweetness increased a little, transforming it into a taste I like. Hmmm? It's fun to leave it for a while!

This is a bottle we bought at a liquor store where we compared drinks at the end of the year. It is the Arabashiri that my wife and I liked the most in the Hatsutabatake series. It is still delicious even when drunk at home. The aroma, sweetness, acidity, and aftertaste are all to our liking! We especially love the sourness of Sengoku! It has a clean aftertaste, but the sweetness and sourness are both stronger than the Asahi Shibori we drank the other day. It has a refreshing aftertaste, but the sweetness and sourness are both stronger than the Asa Shibori I drank the other day. It's the middle of the week and I want to save the amount I drink, but I couldn't resist and drank it all.

I got a peach-colored nigori from the snowdrifts in Oze. The beautiful color makes me excited. It is amazing to get such a pink color without any additives. When you open it, sweet and sour aroma spreads. The taste is sour but sweet! The alcohol tasted good, but it was quite sweet, so it was not a good match with food😅. I enjoyed drinking it because of its impactful look and taste!

After a 5-day business trip, it's been a while since I've had sake 🍶. I will have a bottle of SENKYO Risshun Shibori that was delivered during my business trip! I think it's rare to find Junmai Ginjo in Sentori. As you would expect from a freshly pressed sake, it is quite refreshing among SENKYO! But the aroma and taste were typical of Sengoku. Is it close to Modern? I thought it was similar to Modern, but it was even more refreshing and less acidic than Modern. It was easy to drink and ran out quickly. I couldn't drink alcohol during my business trip, so it was a delicious taste that made me sink deep into my body ✨.

I was able to drink Hana-yoso at the beginning of the year, so the next one should be Sairai, right? So I bought it. It was very tasty, just the right amount of sweetness and refreshing. Fortunately, it's easy to buy it there at a liquor store near me, so I'd like to buy more in the future. ✨️

I've been so busy with work that I realized I haven't checked in at all..! I've been drinking though😅. Today I drank OCEAN99 Nagi! I bought a bottle of the previous Ginkai because it was so good. When I drank it, it has a nice muscat aroma! It has a nice sweetness and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, making it a refreshing drink. The sweetness is just right, so it goes well with meals! I wonder if mixing with lees would increase the bitterness and make it more suitable for meals. It was so good again that I think I will buy another bottle of 99 💦.

This is a limited edition moustache-shaped sake train called Shu*Kura. The blend is different from the usual. Since we are here, let's compare it with Heki-ban. Compared to Heki-ban, the aroma is milder. It has a sweetness, but it is quite refreshing! It is much easier to drink than Heki-ban. It goes well with the toriten my wife made for me because it is so refreshing. I preferred the Heki-ban, but my wife liked the Hige-ban. Both were very tasty sake!

There is no liquor store in my neighborhood that carries Houou Mita, so I took the train and bus to a special distributor! This is my first Hououmida other than Mikumari. The aroma is like muscat...? It has a very nice aroma! When you drink it, a moderate sweetness spreads. The aftertaste is bitter and pungent, and it is very refreshing. 16-17 degrees of alcohol is not at all noticeable, it is a dangerous sake lol. Very tasty ✨

I opened a bottle that I bought about a month ago. This is the first time I've had a Colaku Orikara. The aroma is between banana and melon. It tastes sweet, but it is easy to drink because it has acidity, a little gasiness, and a sharp aftertaste. The taste is sweet, but with some acidity and a little bitterness. It's a good wine!

One of the souvenirs from last year's trip to Sendai. Hatsukudoki Utsuri! The aroma before drinking is surprisingly not much. When you drink it, it smells apple-like. The taste was sweetness first, then sweetness again! The aftertaste is alcoholic? It is spicy and sweet, but not cloying. I enjoyed it with oden and yakitori 🙏. I think the alcohol content is a bit high, so I fell asleep and will review the next day 😅.

This is Yamori, a local Higashimurayama sake! I used to drink it quite a bit when I was at my parents' house, so I was surprised when I saw it at the top of the Sake-no-wa ranking lol! I bought it when I went back home at the end of the year. This time I couldn't refrigerate it when I carried it with me, so I bought the hi-iri for the first time. The aroma is mild compared to the nama-shu. However, when you drink it, it is quite fruity. It is easy to drink, but the sweetness only lingers in the mouth a little. It is a local sake, but it has been quite a while since I have had it, and it was delicious. Next time I go back, I'll bring a cooler bag and buy some nama-zake as well.

I got this one from a respected senior at work. He told me several times that he would read Ryokoto, but it was hard to remember😅. I will have it as soon as possible on the day I get it. I don't really notice the aroma. The fact that it was given to me by a senior who likes sweet sake means... it's still sweet! It has a strong sweetness. It has a nice aftertaste with acidity and a hint of gas. It was a type of taste I don't usually drink, but it was delicious!

The last drink of the New Year vacations (only 3 consecutive holidays for me 😅) was this one, a souvenir from Sendai. For some reason, I found it at the supermarket "Shufu no Ten Saichi" in Akiu Onsen, and since I had never seen the name before, I ended up buying it. Kameizumi is one of my favorite brands, so I was excited to open the bottle! It has a nice 🍍🍐 aroma. I can't really tell the difference in taste between this and CEL-24, but I can say that it was 💦 delicious. I enjoyed drinking a lot of alcohol during the year-end and New Year's holidays. I'm going to work hard to make up for all the drinking I did.

This is the first No. 6 in my life! I had an auspicious event at the beginning of the New Year, winning the lottery, which I did not expect. Initially, I did not know the lottery existed in the first place, so thanks to my wife for telling me 🙏. As for the taste, it's too much for me to review, and I don't have the vocabulary to do so, so I can only give a brief description... aroma, sourness, sweetness, a bit of bitterness... various? Complex? It has a complex taste, yet the aftertaste is so refreshing that you can drink it as much as you want. It was very tasty. I could understand why Niimasa is so popular. We had a great time as a family, including the experience of going to Shibuya to buy it. It was a great start to the year ✨.

I had to work on New Year's Day, so today is my first sake of the new year. The first sake of 2025 is...Hanayo! I was lucky enough to see it at a nearby liquor store, so I bought a bottle for the first time in my life. When I opened it, I could smell the 🍍 aroma as rumored! I drank it with high expectations...the sweetness is surprisingly moderate! It is easy to drink, but there is a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste. It tastes just right to drink with a meal - delicious! My wife wanted a little more sweetness, so I guess it depends on the person. As the temperature rises, the sweetness increases and the bitterness decreases, and it was well received by my wife! I am happy to drink a delicious sake at the beginning of the New Year. I wonder when I can drink it again...for now, I would like to enjoy a bottle slowly.

The third cup on New Year's Eve is Toyobai! This is also my first time to drink it. My brother bought it for me, but I was scared when I heard how much it cost. It has a fruity aroma, sweetness, and a delicious rice flavor. I could tell even on the third glass. I enjoyed it very much 🙏.
