Second one for the New Year's Eve and New Year's Day is Murayu ✨
I buried it in snow and let it cool down to a kink lol
The aroma is gentle, with a hint of sweetness.
The mouthfeel is beautiful, soft, and clear, and the taste is elegant and gently sweet, but it is supported by a good acidity and is not dull.
This unique sweetness, which comes slowly from the clean, clean sake quality, is also very good ✨.
I've seen reviews that say Murayu is sweet like Wasanbon, and it's true that it's more like a Japanese sweet than a sweet or fruity with a strong sense of rice. I think it's like that 😆.
It's unique and very tasty, so this is a sake I'll be pursuing...!
