A gem I found on my first trip to Hakone
I bought it because I have a sweet tooth and was attracted by the -2 degree alcohol content.
Chilled in the refrigerator and opened the bottle.
The aroma is very alcoholic.
But when I took a sip, I felt more sweetness than alcohol.
And it has a nice sharpness.
I thought it would be better to raise the temperature.
The sweetness became more pronounced when I let it cool down a little.
It's honestly delicious!
Sake from Kanagawa Prefecture, which was given to us as a gift. I opened a bottle of "Hakone Kaido" which I have never had before.
It was served chilled and had a full-bodied, robust flavor. When I ate it with Wasabi-zuke (pickled horseradish), which I received as a gift, the rich flavor flowed smoothly and beautifully, giving it a mysterious delicious taste. It is good cold, but it can also be enjoyed warmed.
I was impressed by the good combination of local sake and local food. Delicious ❗️
