Today we are drinking out at a nearby pub watching the national team 😆. I drank it for the first time, but Sawanoi's Haru no Yuki is really delicious. It is a very cloudy sake with a gassy feel, but it is really smooth with no stickiness in the aftertaste and finishes nicely. There is a slight astringency that is just right, but it does not lean too far to the clean side. It's good ✨. The taste is mainly a beautiful sweetness of rice without any nastiness, and it is fruity and easy to drink, but you can still taste the flavor. I was hooked and bought two bottles on the official website because I was so drunk... I would like to enjoy it at home as well ✨laughs

This is Izumikawa, a local brand of Tobiroki purchased on a trip to Fukushima. I bought it in a bottle because they didn't have any Yongo bottles...lol It was my first time to drink it, but it is very good! It is very smooth from the first sip, and it seems to soak into the body easily. It is very smooth from the first sip. The taste is fruity with a hint of 🍌 and you can really taste the mildness and umami of the rice, but the finish is clean and refreshing, so you can drink more ✨. This was one of the surprises...! From the label, I imagined a classical sake, but when I drank it, I found a refreshing lactic acidity, similar to Sengoku's Snowball, with a fresh sweet acidity and a firm gassy taste.
