I've been lucky enough to have had the opportunity to drink a variety of Kinjaku this year, and while they've all been delicious, I think I personally particularly like this Akigari 😳✨. It has a deep, fresh, sweet aroma like ripe, honeyed apples, a smooth, yet slightly sweet mouthfeel, and the delicious sweetness of the rice that expands beautifully, but with a crisp finish that doesn't leave a bad taste 😆 lol This is a sake that you will want to enjoy slowly and carefully on a long autumn night! I can't believe that it is already time for new sake. I feel like the year is going by faster and faster as I get older. It has already been a year since Sentori was renewed. I can't believe it. LOL! As for today's sake, I bought a bottle of Modern's Zero ✨, which I didn't drink last year come to think of it. When I open it, it's banana, pear and a little peachy? It has a nice firm fruity aroma. The mouthfeel is light and smooth, with a mild pizzazz 😳. The taste has a good lactic flavor and richness with a fruity sweetness and freshness, with a good 🍋 and a nice, spodgy freshness! Delicious!

I am here in Izu Shimoda where a typhoon is approaching from today of all days! 😆 LOL! It's a nice place with a calm port town atmosphere, many good restaurants for both food and sweets, and a sense of history ✨. Maybe it's just that there are no people here because of the typhoon. Today I will be sharing a bottle of Shimoda Reimei sake that I bought at a local liquor store 😳. It was started by sake lovers in Shimoda and is made from Shimoda rice. From the nose, it has a nice aroma, a bit like a blue banana, and the mouthfeel is quite soft ✨. It has a slight acidity, a full flavor, and a fruity, almost 🍇 feel to it. I feel like it has some 🍇sense of fruit! And yet it has a sharp and clean finish, so it's the kind of sake that makes you want to eat and drink more ✨. Delicious! Local sake is still fun 😳.

The taste is from the freshness of Japanese pear to pear with yellow peach-like sweetness and moderate acidity, but slowly mango-like? I can feel the flavor and richness extending 😆! I drank it last year and really enjoyed it and repeated it, but this year it seems to have more of a beautiful pear feeling than a grape feeling? I thought it had a beautiful pear taste more than a grape taste this year. It is beautiful, fresh and juicy, but at the same time you can enjoy the richness and umami that is typical of autumn sake...yummy😳! I would hold back another bottle if I could still buy it...!

Shikishima delicious! The aroma is like melon and lychee? The full body has a refreshing acidity, and although it's hiya oroshi, I think it has a bit of a tropical feel to it 😆 lol The mouthfeel is distinctive, and I feel like it's pretty hard or it stays in the mouth moderately well! The taste has a full-bodied banana-like flavor with a fresh lychee-like sweetness, and it quickly breaks away from the sourness and bitterness with a pineapple feel! The concept of the brewing is described on the back of the bottle as "elegant gorilla", and this initial assertiveness and the cleanness of the finish give me the impression that this is exactly what I'm looking for 😆. I remember drinking a lot of sake at an all-you-can-drink sake bar, and Shikishima was the best. It was my first time to try Shikishima, but it has its own character and tastes great, and now I want to drink more different kinds of sake 😳 lol

I drank Misuzu for the first time and it is delicious! LOL! It has a fresh aroma with a hint of citrus in the melon, a deep autumnal flavor from the soft mouthfeel, and I think there is also a full-bodied sweetness with a bit of pear in the sour grapes 😆! I drank Tsururei's Soumune for the first time, and it is delicious! It has a melon-like sweetness and citrusy acidity, but it's firm, light, soft, and sharp✨. The last in the Discovery Series is Koshihikari pink! This one is also refreshing with a sour taste and a fresh pear-like aroma ✨. The third one is an APPT of a bushy gold! This one has a pear-like fruity aroma with more acidity and a nice aroma that goes right through the nose. The taste also has a good acidity, so it has a youthful and fresh fruitiness 😆! The second bottle in the Discovery Series is the blue one from Iomangoku! The aroma here is more refreshing than the previous Identity. It is less puffy like 🍇 and more like a fresh and slightly sour pear? It is 😆 lol! The taste also has less sweetness and is moderately sharp and refreshing. On the second night of our trip to Kusatsu, we decided to have a large sake cup ✨. I like the Harumayama brand from the same Makino brewery and have had it several times, but this was my first time drinking the main brand? I've had a few times, but this is the first time I've had the main brand, Ohibai. I feel like I chose an oddball for a first time...! LOL! I feel like I can smell the aroma of muscat, apples, and even fresh wood, which I usually don't recognize when someone says "wooden vat" to me. LOL! It was hard to decide which one to drink first, but I decided to start with Identity, which is a sake that is associated with Kangiku. As soon as I unfastened it, the crown floated up and almost blew away! It's so vibrant lol! The aroma is like pear or grape? I think it's fruity and has the richness of a light nigori. The taste is very fruity, but the acidity is round and mild, and you can enjoy the sweetness like pear or grape and the umami of rice ✨. It's refreshing without being sticky afterwards 😳...yummy! I'm looking forward to the other varieties 😆.
