The last in the Discovery Series is Koshihikari pink! This one is also refreshing with a sour taste and a fresh pear-like aroma ✨. The third one is an APPT of a bushy gold! This one has a pear-like fruity aroma with more acidity and a nice aroma that goes right through the nose. The second bottle in the Discovery Series is the blue one from Iomangoku! The aroma here is more refreshing than the previous Identity. On the second night of our trip to Kusatsu, we decided to have a large sake cup ✨. I like the Harumayama brand from the same Makino brewery and have had it several times, but this was my first time drinking the main brand? It was hard to decide which one to drink first, but I decided to start with Identity, which is a sake that is associated with Kangiku. As soon as I unfastened it, the crown floated up and almost blew away! It's so vibrant lol! The aroma is like pear or grape? I think it's fruity and has the richness of a light nigori. The taste is very fruity, but the acidity is round and mild, and you can enjoy the sweetness like pear or grape and the umami of rice ✨. It's refreshing without being sticky afterwards 😳...yummy! I'm looking forward to the other varieties 😆.

Today we are comparing drinks with Wakanami's standard sake and seasonal sake...! This is my first time drinking Wakanami and it's delicious✨ The Junmai sake has a nice aroma with a banana 🍇 feel, and the taste is like an apple with a sweet acidity and umami flavor, but with a nice bitterness that pulls away nicely. It is 😆. I think the Dragonfly has a more 🍇 aroma. I think it has more 🍇 aroma. It tastes like 🍇 with a pear-like sweetness and a pleasant sourness that is also very refreshing 😳. Both are delicious! It has a nice pear and muscat flavor ✨. As soon as I put it in my mouth, I get a strong sweet flavor with a pear-like fruitiness! LOL! That flavor kicks in pretty quickly, but there's a grapefruit-like squeaky clean acidity and mild astringency afterwards that refreshes the palate nicely 😆. I think I prefer it when it's a little warmer than when it's chilled, so I can enjoy the aftertaste of the first sip for a good length ✨. I can enjoy the shirkiness of the ogara-mi and the freshness that makes it drinkable in summer as well.
