Sweet, with a strong sweet aroma reminiscent of honey. In the mouth, the sweetness spreads as much as the aroma. The sweetness of cooked rice is doubled and the taste is reassuring. The bitterness that follows is a very thin bitterness, but the strong sweetness makes the bitterness easier to detect. But because it is so thin, it quickly fades away and you can enjoy the lingering sweetness of the sake. I think I would like to drink it while eating strong-flavored simmered dishes.

The aroma is slightly rummy and sweet. For a moment, I thought it might be a cemedine type. I thought it might be a cemedine type, but I guessed it was a rummy type. One sip and it was instantly delicious! I thought it was delicious. The aroma in the mouth is not so strong, but you can taste the flavor. There is no bitterness or sourness in the aftertaste. It has a very thin, chili-like aftertaste, but it is not slightly carbonated either. It has a nice sharp taste, so I think it will go down very well with drinks. Of course it goes well with food, but I think it would be better to enjoy it by itself after dinner!

The aroma is a sweet aroma derived from rice. The first sip is a little bit sweet, but it is not as sweet as the aroma. Is it because I ate Jiro-style ramen? The second sip... Oh, it is sweet! The sweetness comes through! This is delicious! The taste is very clean, with a clear aroma and sweetness. The aftertaste is clean, but there is a lingering aftertaste where you can really feel the rice and umami. I feel that the sake here must have been made with great care and attention. I also drank Hanamup, but I think I prefer this one.

The aroma is not so noticeable before drinking. When you take a sip, you can feel the freshness in the mouth, which is typical of nama-shu. It is sweet, but not too fruity. It is not a rice sweetness, but.., I can feel alcohol in the aftertaste, but I think it will disappear after a few days. I have a feeling that this is the type that gets better after a few days, so I'll enjoy it slowly.

This one is sweet and sharp among the same brand! The liquor store recommended this one to me. It has a fruity sweetness, but it has a smooth aftertaste and the sweetness doesn't linger forever. This is a bottle to be drunk at spring celebrations!

Sweet! Juicy! Delicious! Delicious! The sweetness is less than that of Abe Yellow. The juicy aftertaste is not as strong as the yellow one, and the taste is more refreshing. However, it is sweeter and juicier than other sake, so I still recommend it to those who like sweet sake! I love it even in hot weather.

Crisp and sweeter than expected. It is an easy-drinking sake with no aftertaste, bitterness, or alcohol! Although it is a sweet and refreshing sake, it is not too sweet, so I could drink it with sashimi!

Second cold chrysanthemum sunny day this year. Sweet! Shrewd, juicy and sweet! Delicious! The aftertaste feels less crisp than the first time I drank it, maybe because the days have passed since I bought it? But it is still delicious. I will buy it again next year as soon as it goes on sale! I would like to encourage women and sake beginners to try it and fall in love with sake!

I was able to purchase Jyushiyo for the first time! I am overflowing with joy! The aroma is slightly sweet, with a hint of pineapple and strawberry. The mouthfeel is the fruity sweetness that everyone knows. I feel it has a pear-like sweetness, but I guess that depends on the person. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing, typical of daiginjos. It is refreshing, but the sweetness lingers and makes you want to have another one! I don't feel any alcohol. I don't know when I'll be able to buy it again, but I'd like to finish it off chibi-chibi, praying for the day when I can find it again.

I thought the aroma was the usual "well, it smells sweet" and took a sip: 。。。。。 Not so strong sweetness, but sweet. Thin tasting melon? Sweetness like a melon. There is no bitterness in the aftertaste, and the sweetness is refreshing. It is not the sweetness of Kameizumi or Kahanayo, nor is it Abeya Murayu. The conclusion is that it is very tasty! It is so easy to drink that you will want another glass! I will buy this again next year!

Crisp and sweet. Slight bitterness. The aroma is mango-like, and the flavor is sweeter than the aroma. As the temperature rises a little, a refreshing lychee-like sweetness is added. It is a good saké for when the weather is getting hotter and you want a sweet but light saké!

The alcohol is a bit strong, but the aroma and taste are dry, but there is a sense of sweetness! The aroma and taste are dry, but you can taste the sweetness. I took a sip while eating shishamo (Japanese shishamo smelt), and it was delicious! It's been a while since I've had a dry sake, so I thought I felt a lot of alcohol, but when I looked closer, I saw that it was 19 degrees, so I was satisfied! After a few days in the fridge, the spikiness of the alcohol was gone, and I thought it was quite tasty. Although the alcohol content was high, the sharpness made me want to drink it even on a summer day. It also comes with a great flavor.

First, we take a sip of the one with no oli. Refreshing to drink, aromatic, and sharp. It is refreshing, just like when you drink sansho. There is definitely some acidity, but it is so subtle that even those who don't like acidity can drink it. When mixed with Ori, the aftertaste is more robust than before. The freshness is as delicious as ever!

Wow! Delicious! That was the only word I could say. The juicy sweetness of pineapple, the slight carbonation, and the impression of drinking Abey Yellow or Jikin! This is delicious! There is nothing wrong with it!

It's been 20 years since my last Jyushiyo. I don't remember the old days anymore, but it tastes good again. Not too strong, fruity, with a smooth aftertaste. There is a certain amount of alcohol, but no bitterness, and it definitely goes well with all kinds of food!

Slightly fruity sweet aroma. First sip, slightly sweet, not fruity but floral sweet. There is almost no acidity, but a faint bitterness. The second sip has a slight alcohol taste, but it is not so bad because of its sharpness. Waiting for the temperature to rise a little, the aroma becomes stronger. The aroma is nice! The flavor and aroma are strong, but there is no sourness at all. The aftertaste is a little bitter. The total aroma is high, but the taste is light, and I can't taste much of the flavor. I will wait to see how it changes over the next few days. After 4 days, there is no big difference and it is easy to drink. It will be delicious with sashimi.

Is it refreshingly sweet? It's not fruity, it's more like...hmmmmm...rummy to me.... Somewhat like a rum. I'm sure it's rum. So, this is good! The acidity is also nice, but it's just the right amount of acidity, like the carbonation in a Ramune. It must be well balanced. I can see why some people say they like Senkou the best. The sweetness and acidity are not too tiring to drink every day. I think it will change again in a few days, but like Kameizumi, I think this is a sake that should be consumed quickly. I have a feeling that the sweetness will become stronger.

Good morning, Yoshiyoshi 😃. Sentori + Omachi + Raw is a ridiculously good answer 😋 We love this one too 🤗. Better to drink it up quickly... or you might kill it in a blink of an eye 😆.

Thanks for your comment, Jay & Nobby! Sentori+Omachi+Nama, it's definitely a stupidly delicious wine! I really want to drink it up right away, but I'm a weak pocketbook warrior, so I'm holding back because I'll get a lecture from the demon lord 😂.

A crazy pineapple, sweet but sharp like other Kochi liquors. The sharpness makes it great for drinking at home every day! If you like sweet fruity stuff, you must buy more than one when you find it! I don't know how it will be a few days after opening, but maybe this one should be drunk up as soon as you open it. After a few days, it tastes good, but the sweetness, sharpness, and aroma seem to be a bit blurred. The best sake is to drink it all up when it is freshly opened. So write a lot at once!

I bought it after being told by the liquor store that this year's crop was the best in recent years. Already juice. Strawberry juice. No need for an entrée or anything. It's just sweet and delicious, with a subtle sourness, no alcohol, and you can drink it in gulps. On the other hand, if you are looking for a sake-like taste, it may not be enough for you, or something else. It has a sweetness, aroma, and drinkability more like a liqueur than a sake. It is so good that you will want to repeat it.
