Went to a local liquor store to check out the new arrivals for the first time in a long time!
I was taught to drink here, so I feel nostalgic like I'm at my parents' house 🥴.
Among the shelves filled with autumn sake, I found my favorite sake, Drunken Whale, which I had never seen before, so I bought it out of curiosity! I was curious to buy it 🍶.
I was told not to drink it with the image of drunken whales, but I don't know.......,
Let's start with the aroma.
Sweet and pleasant aroma of rice. The fresh, fruity, pear-like aroma is very exciting.

There is no sweetness like the aroma, and the dry taste spreads quickly on the palate, with a hint of acidity. The aftertaste is also crisp. Interesting taste. It tastes a little like Miyoshikiku. It is not the usual drunken whale, just as the sake shop owner said.
