Mimurosugi純米吟醸 雄町 ひやおろし
よしよし
I found Mimuro Sugi very tasty the first time I drank it, so I stopped by the liquor store in Atsugi on my way home from a trip to buy it because it was in stock! I was excited to drink it, but the fridge was full of sake🍶, so I am looking forward to the attack👊 after emptying the other opened bottles!
Let's start with the aroma!
Strong sweet aroma, fruity but with a sweetness derived from rice 🌾 The fruity part, what is it? I don't think it's muscat.
Now a sip: ❗️
Hmmm? I don't feel the sweetness as much as the aroma.
It's a very well-balanced, easy-to-drink sake🍶. It doesn't have the same rummy feeling as the raw sake I drank before, but the sweetness, aroma, and umami are well balanced. I guess it is only possible with hiyaoroshi sake. It's 15% alcohol, but it's easy to drink, so please be careful everyone. ⚠️
