It was given to me as a souvenir Thank you! I heard you went to see a sake brewery with 400 years of history. Immediately after opening the bottle, it was very dry! But as time went by, the dryness faded away and it became dry with umami, which is typical of sake. It was delicious!

Opened the bottle while being scared of the "explosion warning". The bottle was carbonated all at once, and I had to close it in a rush... and repeat it 2 or 3 times. It was the right thing to do in the kitchen sink. When I drank it, at first there was no sweetness, and the astringency and bitterness came first, so I thought it was not to my taste. However, after two or three days, I am not sure if I would call it "umami," but it became more drinkable, the astringency subsided, and it became very easy to drink. I think the 14% alcohol content also helps. I'm glad I bought it.

Tamitsu is rarely seen in the local area Found by chance during an expedition to Saitama At first it was watery, not sweet, and very light and dry. After 3-4 days, it gradually mellows out and the umami flavor comes on top. I think I liked it best on the fourth day.
