Opened the bottle while being scared of the "explosion warning".
The bottle was carbonated all at once, and I had to close it in a rush... and repeat it 2 or 3 times.
It was the right thing to do in the kitchen sink.
When I drank it, at first there was no sweetness, and the astringency and bitterness came first, so I thought it was not to my taste.
However, after two or three days, I am not sure if I would call it "umami," but it became more drinkable, the astringency subsided, and it became very easy to drink.
I think the 14% alcohol content also helps.
I'm glad I bought it.
