Smell is mild and
Rich in flavor
I wonder if this is what "mellow" means.
Mildness that envelops the tongue
I'm glad I bought a bottle.
I'm going to drink it slowly and savor it.
I had never seen it for sale locally, but I finally found it!
I'm so excited!
It has a fizzy, fluffy flavor.
Not too sweet, with a sour aftertaste that leaves a crisp aftertaste.
When I opened the bottle next to where my child was napping, it was opened with a "pop!
I was caught off guard...
Delicious!
Not only was the label pretty, it was delicious to my taste.
Melon-like and tantalizing aroma.
It is smooth and moderately sweet, with little alcohol, spiciness, or bitterness.
Easy to drink and full of flavor.
Excellent!
Light and dry, with a slight umami aftertaste.
Satisfying when served with stewed motsu (pork cutlet)
The other day we drank "Yukio" which is light and dry.
The same sake brewery can be so different!
Is it fruity like melon?
It is not as sweet as the aroma, and the bitterness comes a little before, so for a moment it seems dry? But it is still sweet.
It is a solid drink.
It is sharp but not dry and easy to drink.
It has a good flavor, but it is moderate.
Looks good with strong food.
I drank it with dumplings for now.
It washes the inside of the mouth smoothly.
I couldn't find any place near me that carried it, so I happened to find it in Morioka!
Fruity and a little yogurt?
Anyway, refreshing and delicious!
Mitsuo, I wonder where I can find you next...
Prefer 2 or 3 days after opening the bottle
Very elegant with lactic acidity and subdued sweetness.
It was a modern taste even though it is called a classic.
The shopkeeper told me that it was the sacred wine of Izumo Taisha Shrine, and I thought it would do me some good, so I bought it!
Immediately after opening the bottle, I wondered if it was more like a classic sake. I thought it might not be my favorite. But after 3 days, it became mellow, juicy, rich in flavor, and delicious!
This is the last one for this year!
Limited edition, flat milled rice, and all those delicious sounding words.
Sweet! Dark! Delicious!
It's a fruit, a grape!
It is a wonder that rice can be made into such a drink.
Let's see what kind of sake we can find in 2024!
Happy New Year everyone!
Someone else described it as pineapple candy, and I agree.
The aroma is not so strong, and the slight carbonation and moderate bitterness are a nice accent, so you can continue drinking it for a long time.
