Shinsei No.6, which I have always wanted to try.
There seem to be several kinds of No.6.
I came to visit with a company member on the way home from work. Unfortunately, it was already ready at the second visit, and the taste was...
It's really a waste. Next time I'll go there on the first visit!
I wish I could drink this at home...
Drinking solo at home
This is my first time drinking Kaze no Mori.
Slightly effervescent, fruity, sweet and refreshing. It has 14% alcohol by volume, but it is so light that you can easily finish a bottle.
I recommend it to those who like fruity and light drinks.
House solo only
Today's sake is Kanagaso from the Naohiko Noguchi Institute.
It has a sweet but deep and rich taste. I don't buy anything that is priced higher than the regular price, but I am very grateful to be able to buy such a delicious sake in the usual way.
I have another kind of sake in stock, so I will open it at some point and drink it on a holiday like today!
Only at home, but today with a friend.
Since she is from Niigata, she brought me a bottle of sake that is apparently only available in Niigata!
The taste was slightly dry, but refreshingly different from my own choice. Since there were two of us, we ended up opening a bottle.
Thank you for the food 😉👍️🎶
Solo House Only 🙃
The first day I drank it.
Slightly effervescent, with a real sense of fruit. However, the food I paired it with was pan-fried fried tofu with natto (fermented soybeans), and it was not a good match.
I will drink it again at a later date.
I'm only home solo from noon - I was drinking another sake, but it was empty, so here it is.
I was drinking another sake, but I had a free moment, so here it is.
I rarely drink sake, but I got this one from my junior colleague at work, who seems to own a sake brewery near his parents' house. It was a gift from a junior colleague at work.
Thank you very much.
It is sweet, but has a yogurt-like aftertaste and a good acidity. This is the first time I have had Gonin Musume.
Only house solo
Today I already uncorked a bottle of Akabu.
Last time it was not so good, but this time it has a pleasant fresh gasiness, and it's juicy.
It's good when you like gas and want something fruity. The price is also very reasonable (I'm just saying that it's my personal opinion, since everyone has their own sense of value of price).
Today's house solo only is Kutouryuu.
I have had Kuroryu before, but this was my first time to try Kutouryuu.
I was told that it is a winter-only product.
It has a slightly cloudy, fruity flavor. It has a hint of apple and muscat. The gassy taste, which I thought I didn't like so much, is also nice.
I thought the taste was well worth the price 🤭.
Juicy and refreshing, this sake seems to be for everyone.
However, what I noticed after drinking this sake is that the refreshing acidity, or carbonation, is not what I am looking for in sake... maybe I wasn't in the mood today?
I look forward to seeing what you think when you drink it again 🤭.
