Sogga pere et filsキャトル 旧4号酵母

This is a comparison of Sogapére Efis drinking.
Never thought I'd get this, but it was available at a liquor store 10 minutes away by moped!
But still, sake at a winery...?
I thought it was a winery, but it looks like they used to make sake before the war.
There was a shortage of rice during the war, so what to do?
Let's grow grapes and make wine! (Internet research lol)
And this yeast No.4 that we revived.
It tastes like...
It's beyond the scope of my hobby!
Excellent!
Refreshing and gentle on the palate, but the rice flavor comes through later with a gusto and a rich aftertaste.
The acidity is just right, and I wonder if this is the reason why it is so easy to drink.
I thought that because it is a sake made by a winery, it would have a strong sourness similar to wine. I thought it would be more like wine, but it's definitely sake.
One interesting thing is that it is made with yeast #4...
The first sip, chilled, was fruity, with the juiciness and freshness of grapes for a moment, and as it warmed up with the temperature of the room and my hands, it smelled like bananas, and I enjoyed the change to a mellow banana-like aroma in my mouth.
I felt it was the most temperature sensitive I have ever had.
