This time, too, the fruity flavor, especially the pineapple flavor, came first and instantly, and then the ginjo aroma came through the nose gorgeously while the flavor and sweetness of the rice were firmly on top.
There was no miscellaneous taste, and it was very beautiful and delicious.
On a side note, Houraisen's Risshun morning pressing...
I couldn't buy it at the right time, so I couldn't taste the fresh slobbery stuff again this year.......
I think I'll try to get some Risshun Asa Shibori on the weekend...
Also, today I was able to get some sake that I had been hoping I wouldn't be able to get... so I'll leave the drinking comparison for the 300 check-in 😆 Ghehehe
