First drink is Banshu Ikken, which I've come to love.
I ordered it without hesitation.
Perhaps because it is made from Yoshikawa Yamada Nishiki, it has a deep flavor, a sweetness of origarashi, a balance of the flavor of Yamada Nishiki, and a moderate acidity.
If I were to drink it at home, I would definitely drink a bottle...
