Keisaraku only sells unpasteurized sake at this time of year, and as a fan, I am happy to be able to enjoy the different flavors. The red label that shows "nama-shu" is usually blue, because the sake has only been heated once, so we get a little excited. When I asked the clerk at my favorite liquor store about this Origarami 2, he told me that it was simply sold in different tanks from 1 to 3. I can't afford to buy all of them, so I'll just stick with the 2 this year... And the taste, the freshness and fluffiness that is typical of nama-shu is completely different from the once-boiled version, so I'm already grinning! It also has the usual melon-like ginjo aroma, and on the second day, it changes to a refreshing ramune like sensation, and the balance of sweet and savory is really something to savor😍. I had to use an emoji because Keisaraku is just too good😁. I love Keisaraku...
