I went to Nasu for work and visited the Saito Sake Shop in Otawara. They have a great selection and I envy those in the neighborhood ✨. I love Sairaku. I like Bunraku, but I personally prefer this one. Sweet fruity aroma from the opening of the bottle. It is very sweet and delicious 🤤. It has a surprisingly robust or strong flavor.

My favorite Tasake😍What a long time it's been since I've had one. I enjoy the different rice varieties in this special junmai series, but this one is a bit different. It is sweet on the palate, but has a lingering, short-lived bitterness. The aftertaste is umami and bitterness that disappears. In terms of sweetness and impact, Yamadanishiki was probably the best, but this is no less impressive. I mean, it's still a great rice wine!

A sake that was hard to come across and was not related to me. There is no sense of gas. The aroma is weak. It has a weak aroma. However, when you put it in your mouth, it is very full! The umami is stronger than the sweetness. This is delicious. I wonder why there is no other sake that has this feeling. I can't think of any sake that is similar. I just like it very much. ❤️

It's cold and windy today 😨🥶. I had a bad day at work, so I bought this hot sake at the supermarket. It smells sweet like sugar, but when I drank it, it was mild and not so sweet. It is delicious.

I was completely mistaken and went to the liquor store to buy a sake that was suitable for heating up...I thought it would be more of a classic or heavily heated sake, given the name. I bought it. I knew the brand name but didn't know the quality of the sake, but when I looked it up after purchase, it wasn't suitable for heating up at all. But it's very tasty. ‼️ It's a very beautiful sake. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but I'm sure it's a good idea. It is my favorite type of sake. ❤️

Speaking of Gunma, Akagisan‼️ is usually found in restaurants that serve alcohol. This share is amazing. Today it is Gunma-chan cup. The color is yellowish...I drank it cold...is it a little habitual? Today's sake is hot because I'm having Matsuya's meat sucker as a side dish. The aroma is weak and refreshing. It is 60% polished rice. It is delicious hot.

I have not had a chance to drink this brand. As a lover of light nigori, I have to buy it. The aroma and sweetness are weak, but it is very tasty. I really like the bitter aftertaste! I guess there is a reason why it is a popular brand.... Highly recommended 🍶.

It's so fucking cold today that it's hot pot 🍲. I decided to have hot sake on such a day, so I found this one on sale at a supermarket near my house. I haven't had this brand in maybe 20 years. It's easy to drink and low in alcohol 🎵.

Business trip to Niigata. Seriously great that they sell Kirinzan one-cup in Aeon👍. The taste is just delicious. It tastes great, it's refreshing and has a moderate alcohol content that doesn't leave a lingering aftertaste. I wish I could buy it locally 🍶.

Finally got around to drinking it. It is very tasty 🤤. Sweet, fruity and sour. It tastes like a modern sake honor student 🍶. It's very easy to drink and I feel like I can recommend it to sake beginners 🔰.

This seems to be Mita-san's first assemblage. There is no sense of gas, and the emphasis is on the balance of sweetness and acidity.... It is delicious, but it does not have much impact. It is a Mita's sake, for better or for worse.

We were able to obtain the much talked about Genzai. I don't remember how many years ago it was at Suehiro, but I still remember that I enjoyed the sake brewery tour and was impressed by the sake jelly and plum wine. Now, here it is, with a nice pop when the bottle is opened. It has a gaseous feeling. It doesn't smell that bad, but when you put it in your mouth, it tastes sweet and sour like an apple! I was completely caught off guard. I was completely caught off guard. I never expected such a modern sake due to my assumption that Suehiro was more of a classic sake. ‼️ It's so delicious. I think it's going to explode in popularity in the near future.

I bought it because I was somehow attracted by the label. I was not satisfied with the taste. It was neither sweet nor spicy...was it a disappointment? While working for the Immigration Bureau, I visited the Otsuka Sake Shop in Takasaki for the first time. I was surprised at the huge selection. Watanabe in Isesaki has a wide selection, but Otsuka's selection covered all of my personal tastes! I won't mention the brands they carry, but this Nirauto is a brand I had been wanting to try for a long time but could not get. I opened the bottle thinking it was the usual Ni-Rabbit. What? No gas.... Then, the first sip was an explosion of delicious acidity. The sweetness of Ni-Roto is weak and the emphasis is on umami, right? It's a perfect match for any snacks. It is not a modern sake, but a classic sake with a modern flavor.

What a third installment. This experiment of different rice is interesting. Each one has its own personality and the last one wasn't sweet but this one is crazy sweet. It's delicious 🤤I'm already looking forward to the next one 🍶. I think it must be a really skilled brewery to have this taste at this price ✨.

It's been a long time since I've had Hidakami. The flavor and crispness is as amazing as ever. Today we had saury sashimi and sea bream grilled and frosted...it goes incredibly well with fish. ❤️ It tastes great cold or warmed up 🍶.

Sakiyami was really impressed when she tried it for the first time last time. The liquor store said it was a bit dry, but what do you think? Pouring it into a glass, the aroma is weak. There are bubbles at the edge of the glass. There is a sense of gas. When you put it in your mouth, it has a thick flavor and sweetness. The regular one was so good that I didn't hesitate to buy it. I opened the bottle with trepidation because it was nigori, but the foaming level might not be that different. It is still delicious. It's an easy-to-understand taste. It's so easy to drink.
