It has a strong and thick taste. Usually I am a bit overwhelmed by sake, but tonight I was able to drink it at room temperature and feel good about it. Was it because of the strong taste of the snacks, or was it the end of the year? It has been a year of enjoying sake. I wish everyone a happy new year.
