ShoNot bad, with a sweet, not persistent, silky finish. I guess this is another sake in the recent trend. ShoNot much complexity, but light on the palate, somewhat floral and delicious. A little sweet? According to a person who says his great-grandfather was a sake brewer, this type of sake is becoming more popular these days. ShoStable taste. I'm glad they have Kuheiji.
