ララの酒
After opening the bottle, it kept blowing for 5 minutes. It was completely auto-stirred 😓 and when I poured it, the amount of rice curd was more awesome than I had imagined.
The creaminess, which I feel is the best of the season, and the carbonation, the sweetness and acidity are a bit subdued. It is a delicious nigori sake with a robust sake flavor. I hope to visit 😋 Kintaihashi again. 🐈️🐈️🐈️
