ララの酒
This spring sake is the first to use the rare rice Jushikinmu, produced in faraway Fukuoka. The bottle was opened with a splash. The sweetness of white grapes and rummy notes harmonize with the extremely fine carbonation and the bitterness of the thin ori (rice powder). 😋 The mild sweetness in the clean taste satisfied even the wife with a sweet tooth.
The other day, I bought a new bicycle, a sports type, and I got carried away and took a detour to go to Seven Tsudanuma. 😅
