I got this brand for a reason. For some reason, this is the 100th sake I've had on my own.
Junmai Daiginjo, unfiltered undiluted sake.
First of all, it has a sweetness like a muscat, like a melon. There is no sourness or egginess at all.
For me, who likes sweet sake, it's a pretty good sake.

I bought this because I liked the label and the name. Hmm? Because it's Dom's Triple Star? Oh well.
The mouthfeel is nice and smooth. It's a little dry for my sweet tooth, but the overall balance is good. It also has a freshness to it.

I was attracted by the nigori and bought it.
At first, it was the top clear. Hmmm, good acidity, nice!
After opening the bottle, the settled nigori started to float. The more bubbles you can see, the more it rises. It was my first experience of sake like this. It's almost doburoku.

It is a very old-fashioned sake.
It is not fruity or sour, and has a gloomy taste on the first day of opening the bottle. It is 100% Omachi with an alcohol content of 17.5%. It's not my favorite sake, but it's one that I like to drink from time to time.
Because of the high alcohol content, it is good after a few glasses. You can get moderately drunk with a small amount for after work drinks.

This is Eiketsu from Shimane Prefecture.
The only sake from Shimane Prefecture is Gassan, but this is my first time to try Eiketsu.
The aroma is not so strong, but it tastes like melon. It tastes like a melon. It is low in the Shimane Prefecture ranking, but it is delicious. I think I'm going to attack this series.
