I got this brand for a reason. For some reason, this is the 100th sake I've had on my own.
Junmai Daiginjo, unfiltered undiluted sake.
First of all, it has a sweetness like a muscat, like a melon. There is no sourness or egginess at all.
For me, who likes sweet sake, it's a pretty good sake.
