Sake from the farthest reaches of Japan, Nemuro City, Hokkaido. It no longer conjures up images of delicious sake, but what is it like? It is a drink that makes you curious. Nevertheless, it is a craftsmanship that, while made in imitation of sake, does not lack sake-like qualities. Although it is a common popular sake, the strong aroma of "the old sake" reminds me of the Showa period. This time it was purchased at Seikoma. Please enjoy it with delicious seafood from Hokkaido! (^^)!

Hououmita is the most delicious sake in Japan in my opinion. After a long time, I found "Houou Kinshou", which is not so easy to find in internet search and its distribution is limited even in Tochigi prefecture. It is wonderful, close to the Hououmida I used to drink as my everyday sake when Hououmida was not as branded as it is now. When I was working at Tochigi Jusco, I used to drink it every day. When you put it in your mouth, the freshness of the water and the gorgeousness of the yeast come together at once. If you drink it for the first time, you might be surprised that there is such a yeast! I thought you would be surprised. It is probably more gorgeous and intense than any other sake. Then, the soft underground water of southern Tochigi Prefecture, which has flowed down from the Nikko mountain range for hundreds of years, comes in smoothly. By the way, I drank it with Iwashita's fresh ginger as a snack. It's a prefectural food that no one in Tochigi dislikes, but the other day, a young employee of my company (from Gunma Prefecture) made a bombshell comment, "Iwashita's new ginger is so bad, isn't it? After that, to encourage him to reflect on his actions, two fresh ginger sticks were shoved into his nose. His face was covered with Miya's sauce... I'd like to drink sake with the Miya's sauce on the side. I hope that the power of the kibuna will make the corona go away.

It's truly a sake born from the bounty of Tochigi! I always drink only regular Hououmita, so I'll look for it when I go to Tochigi. A Saitama native told me that if you pour Miya no Tare over fresh ginger, a new harmony is born!

Let's get our hands on some sake from Niigata Prefecture! Asahiyama is a sake made by Asahi Shuzo, the same company that makes the famous Kubota. As usual, I took the Joetsu Line from Takasaki to buy it. I had to change trains at Shinmaebashi, Mizukami and Nagaoka. I wish they would make it possible to go from Takasaki station to Niigata station in one train. Niigata sake is a brand in its own right, so I'll make a correction, but this is best drunk at room temperature or hot. It has a Mentos-like freshness that spreads to your mouth. It is a good sake to drink at home. It goes well with fish, too. It has a gorgeous taste similar to "Mochi Otoko" of Kamegawa Shuzo (Nasu Toriyama City). By the way, I drank it with Ginza Curry as a snack. Speaking of Niigata, I had a curry at the bus center when I went on a trip. I want to eat the curry at the bus center where I can taste Niigata without decorating. Niigata tare katsudon (pork cutlet rice bowl) and conveyor belt sushi in Sado where I went with my friend are also good. Personally, I want to eat Italian food at Mikazuki.

Niigata's sake is so good! I tend to drink too much. I like Italian food too! I have a memory of my friend taking out all kinds of food for dinner after a night of drinking, and the two of us desperately ate it together, but it was so delicious...

When I was there, there was a guy who bought a lot of Italian food and pushed it all on his boss because he couldn't finish it. It was delicious, but it was an amazing sight!

When it comes to the famous sake of Utsunomiya, "Shikizakura" is the only choice. As I recall, this sake is made in Yanagida near the Kinugawa River. It is a hidden famous sake that was praised by Mr. Shiro Yamaoka in "Yummy Shinbo". When you put it in your mouth, the gorgeousness of Tochigi spreads in your mouth. It is an excellent sake that combines the lightness and glamour of the new age with the traditional sake character that comes out quickly. As the largest city in the northern Kanto region, Utsunomiya is full of character and history. By the way, I was sent to Maebashi City on a business trip the other day, and it was really terrible (´Д`). The old city center, which had fallen into decline, was in ruins, and it was not at the level of enjoying sake. I wonder what Maebashi is like.... I couldn't even buy sake ( ´Д`). Now, what is the best snack to go with this Utsunomiya's famous sake? I was asked. The answer "Gyoza" is a shallow and amateurish answer. After all, I recommend the famous "Moro" here. I think it goes perfectly with Shikizakura. This is the ultimate gourmet food that I don't like to share with people outside of the prefecture. If you're ever in Utsunomiya, don't miss it. #Shikizakura #Tochigi Prefecture #Utsunomiya City #Yanagida Town #Yanagida Bread

I got my hands on a limited edition of Hououmita, which is the best sake in Tochigi Prefecture in my opinion. There were only a few bottles left at a sake shop in a certain city in Tochigi Prefecture, but my dad managed to sneak one out and I was able to get it. Thanks to Tochigi Prefecture People's Day! The mellow aroma that spreads the moment you put it in your mouth reminds me of that of Lake Chuzenji and Senjogahara. It is clear and gorgeous. Fruity like a muscat. It is a gem that thoroughly draws out the original power of the ingredients and refines the power of the yeast. It is the ultimate sake that overturns the concept of sake. By the way, we used a local dish of Tochigi prefecture, Shimotsukare, as a snack. I drank too much, and after that I reproduced the shimotsukare again.

A reminder of Tochigi. It was the number one dish I didn't like at school lunch, but it definitely goes well with sake! (I have a feeling). I would like to have it again sometime. Along with Hououmida. Just not to the extent of being reproduced.

ShimotsukareI love it! It looks and tastes like that last train to the bar, and when I eat that, I feel alive. I have a 5 trillion% chance of recreating it when I drink it.

It is a genuine Tochigi sake made from 100% Yumesasara, a rice produced in Tochigi Prefecture, and plenty of Tochigi prefecture yeast T-S. It is an excellent product with a lot of variety. It is refreshing and fruity (banana), but you can also taste the solidity of traditional sake. The fermentation of the raw sake is also very good. Speaking of Oyama City in Tochigi Prefecture, there are a number of sake breweries represented by Hououmita (Kobayashi Shuzo). It would be great if we could do a stamp rally. Yuto" of Sugita Shuzo is also one of the most famous sake in Oyama, and Sugita Gembaku would have loved it if he were still alive. By the way, when I went to NEW DAYS convenience store in Oyama station, I found a shocking rice ball made of nori-ben, so I drank it as a snack. It's a mysterious onigiri that's heading for the next era of Reiwa... The president of my business partner strictly instructs me to eat onigiri with both hands, but this giant onigiri inevitably requires both hands to eat!

I'm curious about Yuto, so I'll try it next time I have a chance. Tochigi really has a lot of good sake. It's a good idea to create a new corner🤔Well, where did the idea of holding a nori-ben come from? Eating with both hands is a trend.

It was specially given to me by an influential person in the northern part of Gunma Prefecture. This time, it was Tanigawa-dake Maihime from Nagai Shuzo in Kawaba Village. This time, it's Tanigawatake Maihime from Nagai Brewery in Kawaba Village. It's like a dream where the princess dances (*ω^*). It is made from 1000% Gunma rice. Gunma Prefecture has a wheat culture, and not much rice... like Goropikari... disappeared because no one would eat it (´ちゃ恬恬恬ོρちゃོ`) Oh, I shouldn't have said that 💦 Anyway, Tanigawadake is specially made with minerals from the Tone River and the fresh essence of Kawaba Village. It is good. It is true that even the Tone River in Gunma Prefecture cannot be compared to the pure water and minerals of Tone County and the sewage of Ora County. The proud sake of Jyoshu was really delicious to spread its wings to the world. It's hard to tell because it's not available to the general public, but please take care of Basho.

I bought and drank "Itaru" which the president of my business partner told me about. Because it is a big business partner, I looked around every sake shop in Gunma Prefecture the next day after I was told about it just to make the president like it, and I finally found it at the 23rd shop. It's an aside, but the name "Itaru" reminds me of Itaru Saito, who was my only friend when we were in the second grade of elementary school. After he moved to Gifu, I didn't have any friends. The moment you put it in your mouth, a fruity aroma spreads in the clean drinking feeling. It is refreshing like muscat or salt sherbet. In the end, it disappears from the mouth without a hitch, and it goes well with meals. Personally, I think it has something in common with Hououmita, the most famous sake in Japan. Niigata is known for its harsh climate and crisp sake, but this sake has a slightly more relaxed feel to it. Maybe the atmosphere is a little different on Sado Island. By the way, we had yellowfin tuna sashimi (from Taiwan, thawed) as a snack. The wasabi from Azumino was effective and it became a very delicious dinner. Thank you very much for the dinner. I'd like to report back to the boss and rub some sesame seeds in his good graces!

This is Chikumanishiki from Saku City in Nagano Prefecture. It is served at room temperature or cold 😋 The first image you get when you drink it is "bamboo"! A bamboo grove spreading briskly. The bamboo grove spreading briskly, and the sun shining through the trees. You can feel the blessings of the land of Shinshu in your mouth in an instant. Saku-daira spreads at the foot of Mt. The water and rice born in the country of Shinano talk to me. The extreme flavor of the rice - this is Sanada Yukimatsu. You can buy some side dishes at Tsuruya for your sake. Or eat some Shinshu soba. Then again, it's always nice to drink in Gunma. By the way, we had Shinshu salmon carbonara as a snack.

This is a famous sake from my hometown, Odate, Akita Prefecture. While making the most of the clear water, the pure rice malt is on full display. However, it does not forget to assert itself as a sake, and spreads the typical weight of sake in the mouth after passing through the throat. In Akita, summer is refreshing and winter is a time to endure under the heavy snow. Akita's summer is refreshing and winter is a time to endure the heavy snow. It is thick. We had "Asaikai" from Morioka city in Iwate prefecture. It is a basic, traditional sake made with only water and rice. In a good way, it expresses the fermentation process of sake without refining the aroma of sake in a modern way. After that, a gorgeous sake fruity taste spreads in the mouth. It's an interesting sake for a world where people like clean sake nowadays. By the way, we had Mapo Tofu as a snack. It was a delicious sake, so I would like to have it again. Thank you very much for the sake.

Junmai Ginjo made from rice and rice koji produced in Niigata Prefecture and the rich water of Uonuma, Niigata. It is a famous sake from Takanoi Sake Brewery near Ojiya Station on the Joetsu Line. When you sip it and taste it carefully, it is also fruity. It smells like grapes. However, unlike wine, the sake is tight and firm. It is very well made. It reminds me of the clear stream of Uono River. By the way, we had Mapo Tofu as a snack.

I enjoyed Kikusen, a famous sake from Fukaya City in Saitama Prefecture. It's a limited edition gift from a celebrity 🥰✨I'm uploading it exclusively on Instagram ☃️. Fukaya City is famous for its screws, but Kikusen is a gem that benefits from the fertile land of the northern tip of Saitama (almost Gunma) and the abundant Tone River water. The mossy taste and blockage have an illusion of being a negative factor at first glance, but thanks to Fukaya Negi, that heaviness is transformed into umami. It can truly be said that it is an asset of this region created by Eiichi Shibusawa. By the way, we had corned beef with lettuce and mayonnaise as a snack.
