It is slightly dry and has a nice sharpness so you won't get tired of drinking it 🤔It is a delicious sake, almost like a first squeezed raw sake 😚.

This is the first time I've bought bamboo island since the new system was put in place. According to the official website of the Japan Famous Sake Association, the rice is Nihonbare and Yamadanishiki. The lees are submerged and when mixed, it is slightly effervescent and petite. Slightly sweet and bitter. I wonder if it is better to drink it while it has gas? Once the gas is gone, the bitterness will make it hard to drink 🤔. I wonder if it would be sweeter to drink the alcohol by itself?

It was a delicious sake. It is perfect as an in-between-dinner drink. My wine-loving friend who accompanied me also accepted the taste of this sake made from the sake's "nama-hashiroshi" (sake brewed from the same yeast as the original yeast).

Purchased 👀 at Sazanami Sake Shop in front of the station during a day trip to Hikone. Beautiful, corner space and friendly staff. It was a nice store 😙. Since I was there, I chose Kazuhiro, a sake I had never had before from Shiga. It was full, slightly sweet, had a delicious rice flavor, and was very drinkable 😋. Paired with sweet ayu fish from Lake Biwa, it was delicious. ❤️ It is indeed a sake from Shiga, a rice-producing region 😇

The mark looks much like some airline company. Pouring it into a cold sake glass and bringing it close to the nose, the aroma is sweet and soft, like a peach. When you drink it immediately, you cannot sense any strong characteristics at first, but the deliciousness of the rice oozes out from the middle part of the bottle, and in the latter half, the fruity overtone appears in small waves. There is little bitterness or astringency. Overall, it has an elegant flavor typical of Junmai Daiginjos. Thank you very much.

Saijo Sake Festival (6) The last sake brewery we visited was Sanyotsuru Sake Brewery, which was also new to us! We drank hiyaoroshi and bought some limited edition sake and left Saijo 🍶. It was a very fun sake festival, but there were just too many people 😂I would like to come back on a weekday when it's quieter. At home. The second item of the sake tasting party. Wakayama Rashomon. I had the impression that it was a famous sake with a harsh name and a long history, so I thought it would have a strong alcoholic taste, but no matter what, it's very easy to drink. Purchased at the Shinsaibashi Takashimaya Department Store on the recommendation of a store clerk. Rice used is unknown. The richness of the original sake can be felt. It does not have much of a nama-zake character, and is clear and clean through the throat, making it a sake that you will never get tired of drinking. Because of its name, I had always assumed it was a sake from Kyoto. I️ was surprised to learn that it was the first Japanese sake to win the Monde Selection gold medal, and that Wakayama is proud of this world-class sake. My sincere apologies 🙏.
