Third hiyaoroshi of the year🍁 Yummy 😻trolly and thick💪. On the first day of opening the bottle, it was still a bit "onen" and the alcohol smell was a bit stingy, but from the second day it started to show its true potential✨. It's an Ibaraki sake bar, but they also sell a lot of small bottles 😆. So I bought a small bottle as a souvenir 🤣. I wanted to drink hot sake, so I chose this one that looks good for hot sake. This is Tsuki no I of Oarai ❗️ Yumbe Yokocho is the best place to drink, just stick the bottle in ❤️. I'll have it at 50°C 😋😋. Nice caramel color. And the aged aroma that smells powwow. It has a gentle, light, sweet mouthfeel and a moderate acidity. It has a gentle, light, sweet mouthfeel with just the right amount of acidity and a nice, sweet taste. I paired it with shime saba (mackerel) and it's great ☺️. The vinegariness that is unique to shime saba is refreshingly clean, yet the sweetness and umami of the sake is still there 😋. I thought it would be a bit more dry, but it wasn't as dry as I thought it would be 😉. Ibaraki sake review rate is going up because of the Ibaraki sake bar 😂.

At home. This is the last in the Shiga Sake series. It has a gorgeous aroma, sweetness and acidity in the mouth, and a very refreshing taste that finishes with a light bitterness.
