I went to Nikko 🙈💭 in a Spacia X. This is the local sake we got in the car on the way back 🍶. The alcohol content is high because it is a pure sake, It was a very dry Honjozo sake!

National Sake Fair 2025 Day 2 part65 Tochigi Ai🥰④ Katayama Sake Brewery in Nikko City There is also a Katayama Sake Brewery of the same name in Fukui that brews Kansai! Kashiwazakari, not Kashiwamori Polishing ratio 65%, Gohyakumangoku from Tochigi, 19 degrees, Sake degree +2, 1950 yen The price is very aggressive for a honjozo! A classic sake with a lot of attitude. The name seems to be "Harazake M" but I don't know what "M" means... The brewer of Wakakoma Sake Brewery gave me a bottle of sake around this time!

Last sake I bought last year as a Kumamoto souvenir. If I have a chance to visit Kumamoto again, I would like to visit Aso and Kikuchi area 😌. When opened and poured, it has a sweet aroma like sugar and sugarcane. The mouthfeel is crisp and immediately afterwards has the plumpness of rice plus the sweet and spicy taste of brewer's alcohol. The flavor is stable from start to finish, with a delicious standard taste! The unadorned taste is a perfect accompaniment to a meal 👍. I would like to visit 4 unexplored prefectures (Kochi, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Okinawa), but there are many places I would like to revisit. 🗺️

The first sake brewery. Sake made with Hananishiki rice and Kumamoto yeast. Slightly acidic. The harmony of sweet and spicy is well-balanced and easy to drink.

The sake I chose when I returned home for Obon was Gold Junmai Daiginjo by Popular Sake Brewery. This sake brewery is very particular about the traditional method of making sake, and everything is made in wooden vats. It is a junmai daiginjo that is polished to 50%, so there is no cloying taste at all ✨It starts with an elegant sweetness and rice flavor, with the aroma of the wooden vat and a slight bitterness at the end. Delicious 😊.

Clean and easy to drink. It has a lychee-like aroma and a banana-like sweetness. It's dry on the throat, but you can feel the sourness and sweetness. I personally like it better when the temperature rises a little and it's closer to room temperature.

@Koriyama Iando After having a drink in Omiya, I got tired of going back to Tokyo, so I jumped on the 🚄 and went to Koriyama. I decided to have a quick bite in front of the station, but it was crowded everywhere, so I went to a new restaurant that I found. They have a good selection of local sake, and I chose "Yuri", which I had never had before, and it is from the same brewery as Aizu Nakasho! I heard that this sake is brewed by a mother and daughter who are both sake brewing technicians! It has a soft sweetness at first, but eventually it becomes slightly dry and pleasant to drink. It is very easy to drink, which is impressive and delicious.

I was curious about this sake when I saw it on Sake no Wa before. It was given to me as a present by chance. It has a spreading umami and a bitter finish. It was a delicious sake. The "Recommended for you" list has become full of Hokkaido sake 😀.

The pear-like freshness and roundness, combined with the umami flavor, goes in smoothly. It is said to be jungin even though it is polished to 45. Keep up the good work, Yubari! ^

I bought it last year as a souvenir from Utsunomiya. It's been a while since I've had "out of the gate", but my taste buds have changed since the last time I had it, so I'm looking forward to it! When you open the bottle and pour it, it smells like citrus fruits and lychee. It is tasteless on the palate, but gradually the richness and mellowness of the rice comes out. The sweetness, spiciness, and astringency of the flavor are all present as soon as the lid is opened! Although it is a junmai ginjo, it has such a robust flavor that it may be served warm. The overtone is similar to that of "Shinkame" and gives the impression of a matured sake. The lingering aftertaste is well rounded as it quickly fades away. Overall, the shades of gray are exquisite, and the taste is quite interesting! In fact, the first sake I ever drank in my life was "Monkai Fude. I was actually the first person in my life to drink sake, and that drink at Kinugawa Onsen has led me to the present day.

Sande Series (4) Yamagata Sake again 😂. This is Hana Hanyo from Koya Sake Brewery in Okura Village, Yamagata. We've had it in the past, and we also had "Silk" when we visited Shinjo ✨. As for the taste, I didn't really notice the aroma. The sweetness of the graininess spreads a bit on the palate. Overall, it was light, refreshing, and clean 😄. I felt that the sake alone was not enough, but I enjoyed the refreshing taste as a food sake.

Purchased at the Yamagata Antenna Shop in Ginza. A modest and subtle ginjo aroma. Slightly aromatic, yet smooth and firm sweetness. It is light, but has a deep flavor with a firm body. I paired it with saikyo-yaki Spanish mackerel.

Happy New Year! After making Zoni, I finally had my first drink. I started the year with Kaneizumi, which I received from a friend the day before yesterday. The aroma is good, but the taste is sweet and fruity at first, followed by a refreshing acidity that lingers in the mouth, and finally the taste of rice lingers. The sweet and fruity taste fills the mouth at first. According to my friend, he has been drinking Kaneizumi since the old days when it was made by Horimoto Shuzo. and then it was taken over by Aihara Shuzo of Amego no Tsuki with the toji-san. After the brewery went out of business and was succeeded by Aihara Brewery It is said to be his favorite sake even after he took over the brewery with the master brewer. I look forward to working with you again this year. Degree of alcohol content: 16%, Rice polishing ratio: 40
