Fukui Sake 🍶. While waiting for the Thunderbird on a business trip to Fukui, I went to a bar and compared three different kinds of sake. I had three kinds of sake selected on my own. All were delicious and it was hard to choose one over the other, but the Manazuru sake was my favorite! I wish I could have had more!

Purchased at the antenna store in KITE Sweet but translucent and transparent, with a hint of sweetness. Apple-like. It was different from the sweetness I was expecting, but I guess that's okay. At the tasting, I tasted a ripe LaFrance.... I was attracted by the words "Ripe LaFrance" and tasted it... I was scared 😳. This is really LaFrance 🍐! The way the aftertaste pulls away from the 🍐 is fantastic👍. Originally made by another brewery, but when they quit, Aihara Brewery took over the brewery. I heard it used to reign in the East and West with Jyushiyo (never had it...) 🤔. I don't have any experience so I can't compare, but this one is different for me personally!

Kaneizumi is another brand of Aihara Shuzo, famous for Amego no Tsuki. This white lightning bolt is a spot product. On the palate, it has an elegant and discreet mix of sweetness and acidity, with a sharp finish that cuts through with a touch of bitterness! The bitterness is a nice accent, making it a very tasty sake that goes well with the season 😋.

I decided to go with Chiyoda Kura because I thought I could buy Yukihikoyama at a liquor store in my neighborhood. The taste is moderately sweet and tasty with a summery, crisp, spicy flavor. It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!
