Good evening! From the past history, I'll upload the sakes I drank at #Ginura Sake Bar. This time, it's "Senshin". This sake is made by Asahi Shuzo in Niigata Prefecture. It is 5 years old, but it tastes so beautiful that I felt it was boring for the price. I don't know how I would feel if I drank it now. I would like to drink it again at Gin Kura. (^O^)

This is my second post tonight, back home to my parents 🙌. Kubota Kenshin Junmai Daiginjo 2021BY✨ I'm opening a bottle to feel a traditional sake for the first time in a while: ☺️ The rice used is 100% Takananishiki, and the polishing ratio is higher than that of Manju, which is a high-end line. The aroma is of the light, dry Niigata sake of yesteryear, but with a hint of matured sweet grain 😊The taste is a perfect complement to Japanese food as a mid-meal sake, with a sharp aftertaste, but with a soft, full-bodied rice sweetness that is delicious in its own right 🤤.

Fukui Sake 🍶. While waiting for the Thunderbird on a business trip to Fukui, I went to a bar and compared three different kinds of sake. I had three kinds of sake selected on my own. All were delicious and it was hard to choose one over the other, but the Manazuru sake was my favorite! I wish I could have had more!

Second one today. My father-in-law stocked it on a mountain climbing trip to Fukui. My brother-in-law said, "First it's "gah," then it's "su," then it's "un-cha-cha-cha," and so on. Sorry for all the onomatopoeia. I didn't understand it at all. I didn't understand it at all.

Aged Sake. As the name suggests, the aroma of the barrels is amazing! Is the aroma already edible? It is about as oaky as it gets! (I mean that as a compliment.) I think it is one of the pleasures to enjoy the aroma, but it goes really well with strong-flavored snacks.

It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!

A drink with Hoya, rejoicing in the daily medal rush! Hmm! Am I eating nothing but sea squirts every week? No, no, no, no. Summer in Sendai is all about morning hoya! Summer sake from my favorite brewery, Kanbai! I'll have to drink it! The Kamidachi aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma, but it's moist and calm, very nice! The aroma of Kanbai's sake is so nice! It is the top of my favorite. It has a fruity sweetness, a chasing acidity, and a pleasant aroma with a sweet, sour and bitter aroma. The bitterness and the faint acidity make it a perfect beer. A true adulterous love for adults! It's so good! Thank you for the meal!

Last sake I bought last year as a Kumamoto souvenir. If I have a chance to visit Kumamoto again, I would like to visit Aso and Kikuchi area 😌. When opened and poured, it has a sweet aroma like sugar and sugarcane. The mouthfeel is crisp and immediately afterwards has the plumpness of rice plus the sweet and spicy taste of brewer's alcohol. The flavor is stable from start to finish, with a delicious standard taste! The unadorned taste is a perfect accompaniment to a meal 👍. I would like to visit 4 unexplored prefectures (Kochi, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Okinawa), but there are many places I would like to revisit. 🗺️

I bought it last year as a souvenir from Utsunomiya. It's been a while since I've had "out of the gate", but my taste buds have changed since the last time I had it, so I'm looking forward to it! When you open the bottle and pour it, it smells like citrus fruits and lychee. It is tasteless on the palate, but gradually the richness and mellowness of the rice comes out. The sweetness, spiciness, and astringency of the flavor are all present as soon as the lid is opened! Although it is a junmai ginjo, it has such a robust flavor that it may be served warm. The overtone is similar to that of "Shinkame" and gives the impression of a matured sake. The lingering aftertaste is well rounded as it quickly fades away. Overall, the shades of gray are exquisite, and the taste is quite interesting! In fact, the first sake I ever drank in my life was "Monkai Fude. I was actually the first person in my life to drink sake, and that drink at Kinugawa Onsen has led me to the present day.

However, it goes down smoothly and disappears after swallowing. After the next day, the overall impression is that it becomes mellower, but with a little more sharpness, making it easier to drink. The sweetness and the umami of the rice can be felt well, and although it is strong, it is easy to drink. It is a good balance with strong-flavored snacks. I bought this sake at a supermarket in Utsunomiya City, but there were many other local brands to choose from. It is good to find local sake at a liquor store, but supermarkets are also good.

It is Minokiku Hojo. It is a normal sake made from 100% Yamada Nishiki. It is a little sweet and has a fruity taste. The price is 1760 yen (tax included) and it is the best sake in Japan. It is said that this sake is designed to be the best sake that you can drink in the evening. That's right 😋.

I bought it with Yamatsuru at Sake Merchant Yori-san. Abetaya, which I visited before going here, also had a bottle of Shinyomi, but I felt it was too dry, so I passed on it and bought it here. It has a refreshing taste like a summer sake with a mild sweetness. Although the sake level is minus, the second half of the bottle feels sharp and dry. It's sweet, but something different. It tastes better at room temperature when it is sweeter. I think Shinyun was closed for a few years after Toji Kurose moved to Inada Shuzo and the president passed away, I wonder who is running the brewery now? I don't know who is running the brewery now 🤔. I know there were fewer distributors around there... I left it for about a week and the acidity got really strong.
