I went on a business trip to Aomori the other day and brought this as a souvenir. I vaguely matched it with squid or tuna. I thought it was probably a local luxury sake. It was a very tasty and elegant sake.

I wanted a dry, dry drink. There are days when I'm in that mood. You might say don't choose raw, but I realized it after the sake bottle came. I enjoyed it with yudofu. It fits my mood today. When I think of dry, dry sake, I think of Niigata, Hiroshima, and Kochi. I admit to disagreeing.

This Sake paired well with the home made bacon we had with dinner. The flavor profile is bright with the flavor of banana and has a dry, clean finish. The dryness is mild and not overly strong.

I've never been a big fan of dry sake, but this is delicious! It is crisp and refreshing, but also has a deep umami/sweetness. I like it!

The top aroma has a strong pure alcohol aroma. It flows smoothly on the palate. The taste has a slight, weak acidity, and the umami of the rice seeps out slowly. I've never seen this brand before. It's mostly consumed in Niigata Prefecture, so it's not sold outside the prefecture. I was lucky enough to drink it 😄. It's chilled but very juicy, and it's a true trendy combination of sweetness and refreshment. I drank it at the end of a drinking party, so there wasn't much left of the knob, but it's a very powerful drink that works well on its own. I'd really like to taste it at home, so if I find it somewhere else, I'll definitely buy it 😙. But I drank too much yesterday 😨

It has been stored at room temperature for 2 years and 9 months since it came to our house, and it has further changed color and has some ooze. At room temperature, it has a matured, savory, and peculiar taste (this peculiarity is also its charm). It is still not hot enough at lukewarm temperature, but when the temperature is raised to 50℃ or higher, it is nice and full-bodied, The caramel-like sweetness spreads and attracts the taste buds. It is a great everyday evening sake, and can be kept at room temperature after opening, and is also suitable for aging.

It was the day of Tachibana StampVal, so I went to only Ikoma among many stores participating in the event. I don't always go to other shops😅. I thought I was drinking it for the first time, but it looks like I had it last year at Harukas😅. It has a beautiful taste without a strong sense of maturity. Very easy to drink hiyaoroshi 😋. I've always wondered which came first, former Takarazuka Revue troupe member and singer Koshiji Fubiyuki or Koshiji Fubiyuki, but it seems Koshiji Fubiyuki's brand started in 1991!
