A liquor store that I frequent has newly started carrying it. I enjoyed the report on the liquor store's warehouse so much that I wanted to go there once 😁 I heard it is in the middle of a huge mountain... Of the 4 types they carry, I got the Gohyakumangoku Toku Jun and Yamada Nishiki Jun Dai ✨️ The concept is cool, from the naming to the label design!　The name and design are memorable and particular at once. ‼️ Let's open the bottle of Tokujun first. The aroma is pineapple-like fruity and mild, with a hint of the full-bodied sweetness of rice. In the mouth, the first thing you notice is the smooth texture on the tongue. After that, the rice flavor that fills the mouth is impressive. It is not only sweet, but also has a perfect balance of firm umami and acidity that enhances it 😋. The aftertaste was a bit weak, probably because it was drunk chilled. It is onomatopoeic with "zaag zaag," but overall it has a high level of transparency and is clean yet moist. It is like Saara Saara 😙. I think I'm going to get hooked on it 😆.

I ate okonomiyaki, went to an izakaya (Japanese style bar), and at the end, I got the last of a bottle of sake that the owner recommended 😊I got the last of a bottle as a courtesy 😋. It's like a summer sake with a refreshing taste 😚 and a crisp aftertaste 😋. It went well with oysters, small sardines, conger eels and other specialties. ❤️ I'm going to work hard tomorrow and then go back to the liquor store 🥳.

I got this at the Kokusyu Sake Fair. It said that any opened sake was 1,000 yen, so I bought an old turtle that I liked at the fair. I was a bit confused because the bottle was already opened, but the tank was full. I was a bit confused, but I thought maybe they sold it as opened because no one has a license to sell liquor 🤔. [Kagataya hanpukai 2021⑧] The last bottle of the 4-month-long hanpukai was a special order of the first Niseko ☺️The rice used was Comet. It was the only one out of the 8 bottles in this hanpukai that was delivered at room temperature. It's the only one out of 8 that was delivered at room temperature. The aroma is gourd-like🥒The alcohol content is 17 degrees, which is a little high, but it feels more like alcohol and has a punchy taste. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but I'm sure it's a good thing. This is how I completed my hanpukai 😆. I was a little nervous about buying two bottles of sake every month, but the brands were so gorgeous and I'm so glad I joined as a result❗.

I looked up where they sold it and was surprised to find a special distributor near me 😲. I ended up buying three different kinds! It's like a muscat with a standing aroma! The first sip gives the impression of being rich, but the mouthfeel is clear. I didn't taste much sweetness. The rich taste is followed by the umami of the rice, which is also heavy and robust. There is a slight alcohol aftertaste. The bitterness is also moderate~! If I have a chance, I'd like to try the raw sake.
