This sake is sold by a united effort of breweries in Ishikawa Prefecture. The sake store I visited had two varieties, Kochira and Tedorigawa. Hoping for the recovery😌. It is a medium, slightly sweet delicious sake with a smooth texture. Microbubbles at the bottom of the glass. The mild aroma reminds me of green apple and the fresh sweet and sour taste is impressive and refreshing. Very tasty.

The aroma is a fresh type of ginjo aroma 😚 The mouthfeel is soft and fruity with a soft, fizzy and fruity aroma. The sweetness and umami are moderate and cut by a refreshing acidity 🤔This was delicious 😋.

At Isego Honten. I saw the arrival guide of the store. I drank it last year and it was delicious, so I repeated it. Ise-Go Honten special order sake. The chameleon label attracts attention👍. I got a bottle of Senkyu's "Kirifuri" on a business trip to Utsunomiya the other day...fruity aroma, strong acidity and bitterness? It has a fruity aroma, acidity, and a strong bitterness. I think it's a good sake for a meal...I had sardine nigiri and on the second day, I had yakitori as a side dish...I feel this sake is better when the bottle is opened. It has some peculiarities...but...it's delicious!

This is a piece of bread I bought on my way back from a trip to Kirifuri Kogen. I thought it was the perfect name for a souvenir, but I was surprised to find it was made by Senkou 😳. I've been storing it at room temperature for a while now because it's been heat-treated. But I thought it would be better to drink it cold, so I put it in the fridge and drank it. The best thing about this product is that it has the gas and acidity that I like, even if it has been heated.

This is a driver's sake that cannot be tasted on the Suwa Gokura tour. Only this brewery offered small bottles of sake instead of cups. I must drink it this year😅. It was a souvenir for myself when I stopped by Ise Jingu Shrine. I thought I hadn't had nigori sake recently, so I chose something that looked easy to drink. I had it after cooling it down thoroughly. It is sweet and easy to drink, almost as if you are already drinking amazake. It might be a good idea to drink it as a dessert-like ending to a meal.
