A souvenir from a business trip to Niigata. My colleague introduced me to Miyakoya and I bought it. It was a very tasty sake with the beautiful lightness and umami of Niigata. The bonito was also very nice and fatty, so it made for a good dinner.

It is a local sake, but I first heard about it through "Sake-no-wa" and bought it at a sake store in the northern part of the prefecture. My daughter bought it at Fujiwaraya in Sendai Station a couple of times before she got married. Strangely enough, I could not remember any other person's sake. 　It has a fruity aroma and taste like peaches, with a nice sharp aftertaste. (Mrs. Fujinami's impression) 　It was too rich for me and I did not understand it well. It became easier to drink when I tried it on the rocks.

This is the supernatant of Keiryu Domuroku from Endo Sake Brewery. I really wanted to buy Domuroku, but it was the last day of my trip when I visited there and I had to return home by hand-carry 😅. The top aroma is sweet with a soft acidity. There are fine pieces of rice floating in the glass. In the mouth, it has a rich rice sweetness with a hint of acidity. It is sweet and thick. It's like a Nagano sake. It was delicious 🍶✨️ The third one is an old brewery about a 10-minute walk from Suzaka Station on the Nagano Electric Railway Nagano Line. Sake is made at a factory located a short distance away.

LIBROM x UNITEDARROWS x Hamadaya Sake Shop Smoothie Sour Sake Banana🍌🍌🍌 It's a craft saké called Smoothie Sour Sake, which is made by LIBROM's doburoku process with a large amount of domestic bananas. ☺️ The aroma and quality of the sake is similar to that of a plum liqueur, but the banana flavor comes through in the aftertaste. When mixed with the sedimentary layer, it turns into a thicker, thicker Doburoku. It is said to be an irregular sake. The toji-san overfilled it with 4-stage rice or something😅. The "Raku" on the label represents the over-filled rice, and the blue color represents the pale face of the toji-san. Gutsy, but quite sweet and sour. It is much sweeter than other Raku no sei I've had, but I also feel its character. The rice is from the terraced rice fields of Hida.
