Today we opened a bottle of Shinryu Nishiki that we purchased at the Tatsuriki store in Himeji station😃.
The aroma is gorgeous and pear-like 😊The rounded mouthfeel, overall mild acidity and umami 😄Great crispness that disappears quickly 😘I felt it was an easy sake to pair with a meal 🥳.
The last picture is of the Japanese garden next to Himeji Castle. It was very beautiful and relaxing 🥰.
