I heard a voice actor say that the sake of Yamaguchi Prefecture is delicious ottersai, but Toyo Bijin! So I bought it. It's very dry, and the first sip is so spicy that it's hard to believe, but the aftertaste disappears quickly. Yes, it is indeed delicious. I want to drink the other ones too. This is good.
