Tonight is my usual Wednesday pub 🍺. Sake brought in by a regular who knows me - ⤴️🍶 Cloth lapels are awesome ⤴️⤴️😆 It's sweet, slightly sour, and very oishy ❕. This one is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo I'm enjoying it very much.

Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. The one that impressed me the most after tasting several kinds of Kunihiki. It is sweet and fruity. It has a sourness like citrus. It is low in alcohol but very drinkable. However, I personally don't like the top flavor. I can't explain it well, but it smells sweet? I can't explain it well, but it smells like a sweet smell. On Sunday, I visited the Taste of Morita Co. This is the family brewery of Akio Morita, the founder of Sony. I was attracted by the Aji no Yakata limited edition and bought a bottle. It tasted a little sweeter than I expected and was easier to drink than I expected. 1,650 yen

Then we went to the recently excavated Nozato no Yu! It was a light spring! After that, we went to Hashigawa Shrine along the Yodogawa River, which was also nice!

I had my first bottle of Shinshin in spring and it was delicious! I was able to get a bottle of Shinshin's summer sake, and I immediately opened it 😋. Slightly sweet and refreshing taste like summer sake🤣. It's as refreshing as the label says and perfect for a hot day like today 👍 thanks for the drink❗️

Arikato Junmai Daiginjo This is a limited edition sake from the Fuji Shuzo brewery of our favorite Eiko-Fuji. It doesn't have the gassiness of Eiko-Fuji, so the sweetness stands out a bit, but it's still juicy and gorgeous. It's delicious 😊Arikatou!

The fourth and final bottle I bought from Gonoi Sake Store's free shipping campaign is Karahashi, which is one of my favorite brands ❗ As I wrote in my previous review, it is brewed by Homare Shuzo, the family of freelance announcer Yumi Karahashi 😘. I've had the Yamada Nishiki black kara-hashi a few times before, but I've missed the Yume-no-Koh white kara-hashi a few times at my local liquor store, so I took this opportunity to pop it ☝️. The upfront aroma is a hint of strawberry🍓. It's sweet and delicious at first, but after swallowing, the bitter and sour aftertaste spreads slowly. It's dry compared to Haneya's Aizan, which I opened just before, but I like it because it's not overpowering, and it goes well with almost anything😄. It's a shame that the brand name is not registered on Sake no Wa... 😢.
