Tasting at Kamoizumi. There was no one else there, so I was able to take my time tasting. This sake is 100% Yamadanishiki. It had a familiar flavor and was delicious. I guess it was because most of the sake we tasted were from the Hiroshima Hachitan series.

It is fresher and tastier than when I tasted it. I really like this lingering taste of sake around 17 degrees, but I always feel frustrated that I can't drink a lot of sake because it goes around so fast 😅.
