Sake brought back from our trip to Niigata Sake recommended by the lady who was selling it. Very gassy 💨 Sake with a strong moromi Dry and crisp 💪. It's a nigori sake, but you can drink it with gusto as a food sake 🎵.

Tonight, we have a first in the series, this one from the Higashitsuru Sake Brewery in Saga Prefecture. It seems to be a 🌸🍶 spring sake, but I'll have it in delay mode as usual😅. From the opening of the bottle, it has a gorgeous acidity and a nice greenish pineapple aroma 🍍☺️ The top clear layer is sweet and acidic and juicy, but the second half is characterized by bitterness, making it easy to drink 😋. The sake rice is different, but I think the quality is similar to that of Hana-yosuyu. Saga still has a lot of good sake 🥳.

Birthday gift sake No. 3 Speaking of comets, Ricaman is a liquor that I don't get a chance to drink very often because I don't go to Ricaman. It has a mild top-fragrance aroma. Today I am Beian Daikoku Anniversary😇. This sake is a project with Hata Sake Shop and the sake brewery 😀. I saw the brewery's installment and even though I didn't know which brewer's sake it was, I pre-ordered it 🤣. Rafa papa has already written about the detailed taste, so I'll skip it, but anyway, it was a very round sake with no curd at all😇. I guess when you let it sit in the snow slowly, it becomes such a round and beautiful sake😇. It was delicious 😀.

I've been curious about this for a while, but this is my first time in Beian Daikoku. The rice is Hitogokochi, though it is not written on the label. Juicy sweet flavor. Tonight, here is a very popular project sake from Yamagata 💁. La Jomon Shoumon Koji Triple Masamune Nama Sake 2023BY✨. I think it is safe to say that this is the second most popular sake after Jyushidai. I think it is.
