Natsu
Hozasu Rokunoso, the sweetness and aroma typical of Hozasu is well perceived, but a little sharper than Yamadanishiki. At first, yogurt-like acidity comes in with a flurry, and there is also a green apple aroma. There is a bitterness behind the sweetness, and it has a nice tightness. It is light to drink, but has a good flavor.
