I got this from my grandson for Respect-for-Senior-Citizens Day. This is the third of four. It is a gift from my grandson. I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Not much aroma but it's rather fruity 💕 The color is beautiful. The mouthfeel is smooth. The taste of rice is more pronounced than the sweetness. A little bitterness is felt a little later 👍 Today's pairing is squid sashimi. It goes well with 💕. 300ml will be gone soon! It's totally delicious 👍! Thanks to my grandson, I will have it again today ✌️

We opened a bottle at the office. This is the first time we have had "Shirasagi no Shiro", another name for Himeji Castle. At first I drank it at room temperature, and from the second glass I drank it on the rocks, and I could feel the gentle sweetness of the sake. The taste reminded me of Tengu Mai's Yamahai brewing. I'd like to try it warmed.

The location changed and we went to Hyogo Sake EXPO 2022, a local sake event in Hyogo, at Kobe Hankyu. I tasted a regular product, a draft version. I had tasted the hi-ire version before, so I wondered what the draft version was like. It was easier to drink than the hi-ire version, but not to my taste. I prefer the Shirasagi no Shiro (castle of the egret), which is made with Nojoho.

The only place I can think of that uses Nojoho is Okutanba. The overall impression is gentle and the taste comes slowly. It looks like wood, grass, or herb. It also has a classy atmosphere. The sake here is not my favorite, but when I find it, I buy it for some reason.

I am amazed that rice can give this flavor 😳. It is aged in wine barrels, so you can taste the peculiar flavor of red wine 🍷. I bought this sake at Nishizawa Shoten, a liquor store in front of Kawayuonsen station in Teshikaga-cho❗ I went to the south for the first time to try a sake I had never had before 😊I see this sake is made by Miyoshino Brewery, which brews Hanaboe 😃. The color is amber as you can see! It has a rich and sweet taste like an aged sake! I think it has the feeling of being organic due to the Yamahai method 😋. I would like to have a bottle with something salty like cheese or cured ham 😉.
