Arrival at today's inn. We will have a yakimugi bento (barley lunch box) bought at Tosu station on the way to the hotel! When the bottle is opened, it has a pudding-like aroma. It has a mild, pudding or custard-like flavor, just like the standing aroma, and the soft, round sweetness is really pleasant! The tanginess of the brewing alcohol can be felt directly afterwards, but it can be enjoyed with a good balance! I'm opening another bottle today😍. My first Miyazaki sake. Everyone says Miyazaki is hard to get, so I popped in 🤣 I ordered it with Jidori Koko 👍. It's a bit sweet, but not too sweet. It has a modern umami taste, similar to a brand I've had before like Tsushima-ya 😋 It's quite refreshing and the sharpness disappears quickly 😋 It seems to be the only brewery in Miyazaki that specializes in sake 😋 It's delicious - thanks for making sake 😂.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Miyazaki's only sake brewery specializing in sake, Chitoku Shuzo. It has a mild aroma with a good sweetness 😄. Refreshing drink with little lingering aftertaste. 😋 A lightly flavored umami type, or perhaps an 🏠. Not much umami or bitterness lingering on the tongue. Easy to drink but needs one more punch😅. It has an old fashioned taste but with a modern drinking style😋. Quite a tasty sake😋. Tonight I'm having seafood nabe with oysters, cod and scallops 🎵👍

Tasted and purchased. Firmly sweet but refreshing. Maybe citrusy? Dangerous one because of the low alcohol content. I wish Shirobotan would release fresh sake. It is sweet, but the alcohol taste is a little strong. I feel it is a bit strong. I think it tastes better after about 2 days than when it is freshly opened, even though it is fire-aged. It is similar to the impression I had when I drank it at a tasting.

The last of the Ohigan parties was the first Kamizenjosui in a long time. I had an image of a more Showa-esque sake, but to my surprise, it really looked like water. It went well with a wide range of foods such as sashimi and Costco high rollers. In other words, it doesn't get in the way. It made me rethink my opinion a little bit. I think I need to update my taste buds by choosing something that doesn't look like a local sake sometimes.

As understood from the label, it is an original label of Hotel Epinar Nasu that probably exists in Nasu Kogen. The aroma is like a picture of green apples🍏. I drank it with cold sake, but it was a little sweet and very refreshing. It is easy to drink because there is no spiciness of alcohol.
