From the jacket, I thought it would be a light, dry, smooth and elegant type 🤔. When I drank it, I found it to be medium dry with a solid richness and flavor... 😋 I felt like we suddenly became friends🎶. Sauteed peppers with salted kelp (salted kelp flavor), turban shells in a jar, goes well with a variety of Japanese food😻 It's also a great gift 👍✨.

I usually don't drink that much 🍷 and 🍶 a little vacation. I only drink Nouveau 🍷 at a small wine specialty shop owned by the owner, who has experience as the best sommelier in Japan every year. (I told him that I actually like Sake and he said that he only drinks Obuse Sogape and one other sake brewery for everyday drinking...I'm curious...wait a minute...he came from the back and brought me this! I'm sorry, I don't know this brewery...but they have hiyaoroshi and yamahai. So he shared his favorite hiyaoroshi with me! It's easy to drink, has a nice mouthfeel, and is dry with a nice flavor and sharpness. It's also delicious and reminds me of a white wine! The Nouveau chosen by the owner this year was expensive... but he said he had no choice because of the weak yen and the international situation.

Japanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) Very rich rice-derived sweet flavor. Freshness is moderate and dry. This is the royal road to deliciousness! I don't see many dry sake in Nagano Prefecture, but the occasional dry sake has a rich, mellow flavor.

I bought some fire-activated nigori at the co-op because it looked interesting... so much moromi... !!!!! I looked it up and found that there is also active nigoromi... Sorry I only have a picture of it after mixing! I know the nigori in Niidashizenshuu and the nigori in this season's Sasasamune have a lot of moromi, but this is probably even better than that! The impact is amazing! Isn't it about 70-80% of the bottle? What is this? When you drink it... it's thick! As you can see, the rice flavor is coming forward. There is a slight alcohol taste, but it also has a banana smoothie-like flavor that is not too classic, making it easy to drink. It is thick, but if you cool it down and drink it, it is surprisingly easy to drink. In any case, it is quite strong, so it would be good with Chinese dishes with strong flavors. It would be better with Chinese food that has a strong flavor, such as stewed eggplant, grilled fish, or simmered dishes, as the richness of the sake would drown it out. I think I'll try it with Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd sauce. LOL! Thankfully, it is fire-roasted, so you can drink it slowly and leisurely over several days. It doesn't lose its flavor and is very useful when the food has a strong taste.

[I like it, ferry 😆 ] I've had a couple of sake from Watarifune so far, and they're usually good 😋, with a nice balance of umami and bitterness from the gentle sweetness. I think Naminoe is a rare brand that you don't see much in Tokyo. I bought it for the first time, and I got the impression that it is moderately sweet and refreshing. The aroma in the background is a fresh melon candy type. It is more suitable for simmered dishes than sashimi👍.

Yahiko Sake Brewery in Yahiko Village, Niigata Prefecture. The main brand was "Echino Hakusetsu," but it appears that "Yahiko" will be the main brand from now on. This Junmai Ginjo is also made from Yamadanishiki produced in Yahiko Village, and is a good sake, not fruity, but calm and soft. Yahiko Village is where my mother is from, and I spent a lot of time there as a child when I was sent to my mother's home, so it is like a second home to me. They have a good selection of local sake, and I chose "Yuri", which I had never had before, and it is from the same brewery as Aizu Nakasho!
