This is the best one I've ever had. 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I had the Dewa Sanzu, a summer sake from Tohoku Izumi 😀 It was a very tasty sake with a refreshing summer taste.

It is delicious. When I read Shinzo, it was Kagura. I bought it at Shimada Sake Shop because I thought the typeface of Shinzo was cool. As it says, "the corners are removed and the sake becomes rounded." It is delicious!

I was deleting photos and found an unposted one. I'll register this brand because I don't drink much. I was attracted to this sake because it is "limited to restaurants". The fact that it is not limited to Izakaya (Japanese-style pubs) is very Kyoto-like. I remember we were all oohing and aahing over the cool label when the bottle came out!

Last night was a New Year's party with a couple I met last year. We had dinner at a nice restaurant and then went to Kokubuncho. After the fourth bar, I finally had a chance to drink sake. I have known the owner of this sake bar on the outskirts of the city for about 25 years now. The lighting doesn't look like it's the kind of place you'd enjoy sake, but don't worry about that. The selection is quite good, so go for something you've never tried before. First up is Hiryu, the one with Tatsumi Fujinami's red towel. A dry sake with a refreshing yet tasty flavor, just like Mr. Shinzawa! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Are you a member of the Shuunin? Shu-in opening! The aroma is clean 🍎. Personally, I don't feel much sweetness, but a nice clean acidity and a bitter taste at the end 😋. It is said to be very polished, but the specs are not disclosed in case you are interested! 1500 yen is cheap for a pure large class👍.

I bought this sake as a souvenir from Yamaguchi Prefecture. The owner did not recommend it, but I bought it because of its name and appearance. It is a pure sake, so it is not crystal clear and leaves a strong aftertaste, but that is what makes it so good. But it is good. (How can I say it is like a "Kaimo" shochu?).
