This is the best one I've ever had. 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I had the Dewa Sanzu, a summer sake from Tohoku Izumi 😀 It was a very tasty sake with a refreshing summer taste.

Hiyoroshi with Sake Mirai🌾. The impression is that the tangy acidity stands out when served cold. At room temperature, it becomes slightly milder and easier to drink✨. I had an image of Sake Mirai as sweet, but I don't think this one gives me that impression.

Last night was a New Year's party with a couple I met last year. We had dinner at a nice restaurant and then went to Kokubuncho. After the fourth bar, I finally had a chance to drink sake. I have known the owner of this sake bar on the outskirts of the city for about 25 years now. The lighting doesn't look like it's the kind of place you'd enjoy sake, but don't worry about that. The selection is quite good, so go for something you've never tried before. First up is Hiryu, the one with Tatsumi Fujinami's red towel. A dry sake with a refreshing yet tasty flavor, just like Mr. Shinzawa! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

My best friend gave me a small bottle to share with my last drink 😆👍. By the way, my best friend's wife recommended it to me. She likes it dry 😄. It's been a long time since I've had a dry sake, but I'm ready to try it💦. The aroma is fruity👍. I'm not a fan of too much dryness, but it was a good experience 🤗.

It is delicious. When I read Shinzo, it was Kagura. I bought it at Shimada Sake Shop because I thought the typeface of Shinzo was cool. As it says, "the corners are removed and the sake becomes rounded." It is delicious!

I was deleting photos and found an unposted one. I'll register this brand because I don't drink much. I was attracted to this sake because it is "limited to restaurants". At home. Sake tasting party with friends after a long time. We brought our own sake. First up was a local sake from Echigo-Yuzawa, a gem bearing the name of the first head of the Shirataki Sake Brewery. The aroma is gorgeous, and in the mouth you can taste the acidity and umami, with a slight lingering alcohol taste. It leaves a slightly bitter or rough feeling in the back of the throat. The Shirotaki Shuzo is known for its Kouzen Nyosui, which has a fuller aroma and taste compared to the Kouzen Nyosui. The bottle was also unusual, with an innovative volume of 630 ml. This is the first brand I've seen and the taste is great. ‼️

A bottle of spicy and tasty I was originally going to buy the Oomote no Shinshin, but the liquor store owner recommended the Uraku no Shinshin. The aroma is subdued, but it certainly has a peculiar taste, almost like an old sake. Personally, I liked it so much that I would like to try the front side.
