Myokayama is my first time. I bought it with Yume brew. The impression is that the acidity is strong at first. The rice is sweet and fresh. It has a little bit of cemedine. I would like to drink it with nabe (hot pot) or strong dishes. I did some research on this brewery and found out that it is owned by Oizumi, a pachislot-related company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. It seems that Oizumi has a chain of izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and they serve sake there. It seems to have lost its cemedine taste and become sweeter than when I first opened it.

The underlings are opening another good sake today👍. Seems to have won the highest gold award out of 901 entries in the 2018 Wine Glass Delicious Sake Awards😍. I bought this at the first liquor store I went to because it was politely recommended 😋. I would say it's definitely like wine. The aroma is amazing. Should have drunk it in a wine glass😅. The sweetness is slight, but the rice flavor is strong. I thought it would be dense but it's also very crisp. It's a good sake with good cost and good ministry.

I've been storing it at room temperature for a while now because it's been heat-treated. But I thought it would be better to drink it cold, so I put it in the fridge and drank it. Various summer liquors are now available. This time it was Fengkoku's summer sake. It was sunny this afternoon and the weather recovered, so I opened a bottle that had been well chilled in the refrigerator. It is a light nigori (light cloudy) sake. The label is white and empty on the surface, but when you shine a light on it from behind, a starry sky appears on the label. When the lees are mixed in, it looks foggy, and when the lees settle, it looks like a star-filled sky (Milky Way). At first it is too cold to smell much. The mouthfeel is light, and although it feels spicy on the throat, it has a light sweetness, followed by a grefle-like bitterness and a leesiness that is also combined with the flavor. Tasted and purchased. Firmly sweet but refreshing. Maybe citrusy? Dangerous one because of the low alcohol content. I wish Shirobotan would release fresh sake. It is sweet, but the alcohol taste is a little strong. I feel it is a bit strong. I think it tastes better after about 2 days than when it is freshly opened, even though it is fire-aged. It is similar to the impression I had when I drank it at a tasting.
