At home. The first Ehime. Ishizuchi is the number one sake in Ehime. The aroma is a little fruity in the sake, and the mouthfeel is smooth and light. You can also feel the sweetness and flavor of the rice. These are just a few of the sakes that I've had in the last few days, sakes that I would never have encountered otherwise, but that I was able to find by filling in the map of Japan with this sakenowa. None of them are the same, and I feel that they have a profound taste. Once again, I'm reminded of how amazing sake is.

It has the same impression as when I drank it before. The aroma of sweet and sour rice......just like the package of the "Purgatory" color, it has a strong presence. Our first fall sake is Nara Sake❣️ We will not be having hiyaoroshi sake, but rather a draft sake from over the summer 🙏. It has a matured flavor and fruity taste with a good acidity. This Shinomine is also delicious 😆 and reasonably priced too👍! I hope you all enjoy it too.

The third pink label sake following Takachiyo and Yamamoto Uki Uki is Shinomine Rokumaru (≧∇≦❣️) Since the light nigori version was followed by a clear one, I chose the clear one this time (it has almost the same specs and price as the light nigori version...) This is the first time for me to drink Shinomine made with Akaban Omachi, but it has a slight schwarziness that moderately stimulates the tongue, and the clean sweetness and umami that is typical of Shinomine spreads 🤤. The acidity is pleasant and easy to drink❗️I can't get enough of it🤪. I enjoyed it as a food sake👍

The last stop at the Yamabusyu Sake Brewery was the 3-sake drinking corner The 7th sake in total Freaks 1 Nigori This is the one I'm used to drinking 😊. The aroma is grain flavor + yogurt type When you put it in your mouth, a slight sweetness spreads along with a gaseous feeling. Followed by the acidity. Finally, bitterness appears. The sharpness of the wine makes the aftertaste short.

I bought it in a trial size because I had an image that it looked peculiar. It has a unique flavor that I've never experienced before😳 It's so good! I loved it the first time I opened the bottle😋. I wanted to keep it to enjoy the change in flavor, but it was gone in one night 🤪. I would buy this in a bigger bottle👍.

I wish I could have a better time with you guys! It's hot again today 😟 so I dared to have a room temperature sake on a hot day 😀 Tschida 99. The aroma is gorgeous and when you drink it, it explodes with super rich flavor and sourness 💣️💥The aftertaste is short and snappy and delicious😙It's like a summer sake with a lot of flavor.

I'll take a small 300ml bottle of Mr. Tsuchida's new sake🙏. It has a fresh taste with the richness and sweetness that only Tsuchida can provide 😆 . The acidity is not so strong, but the flavor is mild and full, and I can't get enough of it...(******)=3 I learned about the appeal of low-fermentation sake from Macho and Tsuchida's Gunma sake ☺️.
