At home. Hatsutanaka Rokuugo. A famous sake, but I didn't know much about it... Yamada-Nishiki, it's a tanaka in the middle of a rice field. I knew it for the first time. The aroma is fruity (Muscat type?). Good balance of sweetness, umami, acidity, and bitterness. It is a quintessential gem, suitable to be enjoyed in a relaxed and leisurely manner.

Junmai-shu, 65% polished rice, brewed by Mr. Tanaka in a sake brewery located in the rice paddies. Tanaka Rokuugo. I knew it was delicious from everyone's postings on Sake no Wa 😊. I thought it would be more of a gusto, but it was a delicious sake with a gentle rice flavor and a light texture♪ Kyushu has an image of shochu, but I was surprised at the high level of sake as well, including Tanaka Rokuugo, Koei Kiku, and Sundo 😆. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other sake I have in stock 😁.

The fifth sake was Yamagata Masamune Junmai Gin The fifth cup was Yamagata Masamune Junmai Ginzoku Gekidaku. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki, Omachi, and It is a limited-edition shipment of a well-balanced blend of Yamada-Nishiki, Omachi, and Dewa-Tsanbai junmai ginjo. It is a blend of Yamada Nishiki, Omachi, and Dewa Tsannin Junmai Ginjo in good balance. It is very thick, but has a nice sharpness.
